BEWARE! Of changing the agreed price. Salon ok but not a good quality of service. Style lasted barely 2 hours before dropping due to poor finishing (lack of hold spray) and after being told the price by the manager before starting this suddenly doubled when it came time to paying. This to me is unacceptable and unprofessional, I can accept a 10-30% increase if something takes more time or materials but not DOUBLE, especially when it was not finished correctly or communicated to agree or not before proceeding. Felt like a scam.

This salon is highly rated by others but I was unlucky. I regularly have gel manicures and pedicures in other salons without any problems. Gel normally lasts on my nails for 10 days and then I get it redone only because of nail growth, not because of chipping or peeling. My friend and I went in for gel manicures and I had a pedicure too. At the time I felt the therapist was rushing and the result was quite messy painting on our fingernails. She also didnt do any cuticle work until prompted, even though I had asked her too. The toes were a bit neater but again, no cuticle work at all. After 3 days my fingernails are all chipped along the tops and peeling from the cuticle upwards (probably from where the paint has flooded the cuticle) and one toenail is chipped. My friend has removed hers already as most had peeled off. Maybe we were just unlucky but I will try to find another salon next time Im in El Gouna.

Yes its clean but it has the worst service ever and they keep you wait because of their regular customer or if they are foreign, although on the phone they say that there is no reservation first comes first serve…

Below average service. No make up artist on site which is not acceptable for a big name like Al Sagheer and a location like Gouna which is popular for destination weddings. The place itself feels outdated.
