Very very dirty the floor the tables, everything very dirty, no body to clean

Slowly , dirty, ugly. Dear managemant of this place, is it normal, that staff put their fingers without gloves in food ready to eat(fries), to settle it in the box?, it is Disgusting. Fries has strong smell of overfied oil, no standards, no safety, never again.

I will not visit it again, food was not good and very bad service. The money we have paid is just for the Brand not the food.

Fried chicken was extremely oily and salty. They give you small pieces.Rude and slow staff. They don’t speak English. And they don’t know how to communicate at all

The staff does not speak English. We were cheated on the dollar exchange rate and paid 19.5 instead of 14.5. There was no point in arguing with someone who doesnt speak English at all

Good fast food, but cashiers need to take customers in order. When customers are lined up, waiting to order, dont allow others who push in front of line, to give their order first. Simple rules for good customer service.

I dont like fried food. But i saw KFC want sale fried chicken as people love in USA but in arabic way. I tasted a bit and the result of the combination is terrible. The toilette was worst than in any public place, the staff try to speak so American english accent than finally they are not clear and they speak like gangsters in a battle. Terrible, some of them try to speak like Brooklin girls and sound like a man speaking while have 5 big gums in the mouth.....

Terrible food I ordered cheese lovers and sea food and peperoni pizzas all of them tasted the same (no taste) and Ive been told that the mother company gave order that they have to use only 2 types of cheese only ,so I told them is is not the standard of pizza hut world-wide

I have been three times and each time was disappointed with the chicken... it was dry and tasteless ... much prefer the fried chicken at the Syrian takeaway in Central ... not easy to find succulent fried chicken in Hurghada

Got Colonial bucket. Supposed to be 12 pieces of chicken. 9 were dry wings. No rolls. Supposed to be 6 and no coleslaw. Suppose there is an Egyptian bucket and s tourist bucket. Stay away.

Fast service and generous size for the meals :) We missed Western style food while visiting Hurghada. So finally finding KFC nearby Senso Mall was a total bleeding! Highlight of the trip for my kid :).

When we ate here the chicken strips were lovely, but they put to much seasoning on the french fries and the chicken pieces were dry, tough and inedible ... we will never eat here again.

Very similar taste to the the European branches. As usually friendly staff and clean store. Food was nice and delivered fast.
