They took us to 2 nearby reefs with a Zodiac boat and gave us one of the best experiences of our trip showing the reefs and marinelife of the Red Sea, the diving instructor Imad and 2 colleagues Azmy and Tyson were very proffesional, the equipment in good shape.All this happened because of experienced Adly encouraged us to explore the sea with them!

We went to orange bay with two stops for snorkeling 🤿 and lunch break. The service was very good. We didn’t like that driver was 45 min late and was smoking during the drive. The photographer was nice and done lot of photos during the trip that you can buy in the end and the price can be negotiated.

Mostafa(a guy who walks around in stella beach territory and hooks you on) from the first sight a nice guy promises us unlimited food and drinks during the tour, shows 10, probably, years old picture of nice boat, which were, obviously, not that new anymore (emission in the cabin and many esthetical things). The tour by it self was nothing special. You can have a same snorkeling view of corals from a Makadi bay. There is a lot of improvement that could be made with very little effort. But whats the point to do it? Same people probably are not coming back, because the 2 Stella hotels that standing close also are in the same average service level. Sorry guys, you promised more, than we have obtained, so thats the rate you deserve (some other people think the same from the same boat today).The main guide was fun and informative and spoke english very well. Thats nice.

Perfect diving center next to the hotel with a pier by the reef and two boats (medium and large), 5 diving days spent with nice, professional and helpful people, very good lunch on the boat, selection of drinks, people are not crowded on the boat, it is convenient and comfortable, diving instructors and guides approach their tasks very professionally but without being imposed, the level of dives adapted to the group, i highly recommend Piano Diving Center

However, the organisation process of our trip was a disaster: we waited 1.5 hours for our pick-up and there was no sufficient equipment for professional diving arranged for us.

High prices old boat, made the same trip by other company with brand new boat for half price

Dont do any certification in this center. They sold a Padi open driver class to my boyfriend, but he never received it. Afterwards, we spoke with the Padi Quality manager, and learned that this diving club hasnt been certificated by PADI since 2013.Be careful...

We have done two dives for 30 min each. Everything was great. The instructor Ahmed was knowledgable, his English is sufficient and we feeled relaxed, although my wife was scared at first.Nice reefs, rich sea life. But the best part is that on the way back home we saw dolphins, and the crew give us an opportunity to swim with them. Unique experience, which I will never forget.The price is reasonable. The salesmen are very annoying, they come to the pool or to the beach and even if you say no they insist on showing you the photos of the trips that you could take. The picture are like postcards, it makes no sense to look at them.I feel the trips are too expensive, especially the snorkeling trips. If you look on the internet on getyourguide, from Hurghada you could find something aroung $20 including pickup. These guys were selling them at about 40-50 euros for a boat trip with 2 spots.And now the worse part that really drove me towards one star: a guy told us that we would go to Abu Hasheesh and Gota Abu Ramada, which are two pretty well known snorkeling & diving spots, and in the next day, without being announced, the boat turned right instead of left, and we went to a small bay around 15 minutes in south, and the second spot was at a swim distance from the pier ... That was pretty disappointing. They motivated that there were a lot of pro divers and have been to those spots already and they decided to switch destinations in the same day, but they didnt announce us.

The master diver is very professional. There are great places to dive. Very good prices. I recommend very much.

I got my Padi Open Water and Advanced at this great dive center. Always been afraid to go diving. First dived a few times with Azmy and Ahmed (arm in arm) to get used to it. Then did the courses with Waleed. Waleed is a great teacher who taught me everything and made sure that I dont have to be afraid of anything. The boat crew is great. Mohamed (habibi) is in my heart. Piano diving has made us feel part of them in 3 weeks. We would like to come back soon

I waited a month to gather my thoughts in peace. Before the trip to Egypt, we booked 3x2 dives online, on offer, 3x2 dives from a boat ... a boat, or dives from the coast..with our own equipment..price with a discount of about 146 euros .2 x we ​​went by boat .. ..on the boat ... locations nearby ... the boat rides back and forth as if they are in no hurry ... a trip with two dives here lasts from 8 am to 4 pm and in between there is boredom .... non-alcoholic drink and some lunch..kr okay, delicious, all together it takes too long. Well, for the last trip we decided with a fast dinghy..zodiac ... how disappointing .... mostly another dive was 300 m from our hotel in the middle of the bay ... when I went to pay ... after dives., .. they gave me a price..for me 250 euros for 6 dives because because we went on a dinghy ... zodiac, the price from the net is not valid ...... then we bargained a little lower the price ... the bitter taste itself remains..advice..all everything beforehand and pay immediately.

Maybe the crew on the ship are friendly But probably because they see people as walking $$$. The trip is quite expensive 50 $ more time you sail to the area of ​​Hurghada, the snorkeling itself is quite short, q the planned stay on the bay instead of 2h only 1h. And at the end of the photo .. this professional photographer first wanted $ 50 for photos and videos from the diving, we negotiated a lower price, of course ... it turned out that I do not have half of the photos and I only have 10 seconds of recording minutes ...

Quad safari and camel ride. Quite nice for an hour in the desert and then along the beach. Safety is important to them, so they first check if you can handle it well (quad 250cc) they can be arrogant. But there are a few who are polite and friendly. Price is usually wrong. Negotiate 10 euros below the price they offer.

Its worth it! Started the snorkeling trip in good weather, shortly afterwards came a sandstorm with good waves. Many felt sick, but that was also over. The crew took good care of everyone. The service was good and the food comes from the hotel, so everything was great.

Great service for all kinds of leisure activities e.g. Boat tours or buggy rides. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Low prices for the tours were really awesome. We recommend.

Update 21.06.2019:It is the second time we visit this dive center. Last year, my wife did her OWD there. This year we both completed our AOWD there. Our instructor Waleed is a very sympathetic but also strict colleague. Exercises are carried out until it fits (in my opinion, thats right).The extra fun dives were perfectly organized. The equipment was new and clean, the team in the background just great and on board the crew great!It has become a bit like coming home for us.****************Very good dive center with good instructors. The team is friendly and helpful, no matter if you are a professional or a beginner. We will definitely come back!

Disappointed by the services offered by this diving center, and an unfortunate impression of being had.If the Covid period explains the few customers (normally an advantage) we took 3-day packages, supposedly “boat dives” and in fact with a mini zodiac in the very immediate surroundings of the center.Day 1 ok: correct dives for a return underwater after a long period of frustration.2nd day: 2 minutes of navigation and gasoline failure ... 1 good hour lost3rd day: no boat (broken down or in inspection as we are told ...) I am offered dives from the edge ... without any interest (sand and poor visibility) I obviously give up doing one other under these conditions and refuses to pay this day. Based on old reviews we were a bit skeptical at first, but it was a super great and above all unforgettable experience!If I had another vacation, I would go back immediately and get my diving license!We did an introductory diving course for one day and saw so many beautiful things!With us it was definitely not mass tourism, there were only a few people on the boat and everyone had enough space.

We had a total of nine dives at Piano Diving Club - each one was great! The entire team is professional and attentive, yet always in a good mood, open and friendly. We also found it very positive that the preservation of the impressive underwater world was very important to everyone! Our guides Mohamed and Achmed were terrific! The team at the diving school is really very friendly, even if very often very pushy. Especially my diving instructor was very friendly and accommodating, he took a lot of time for my friend, who was diving for the first time and did a trial dive.Unfortunately, I have to subtract three stars because there were significant problems with paying for the diving course. I would recommend anyone never to pay with a credit card there. Better to pay for the courses with cash, that saves you a lot of stress! The first card reader spat out an error message after entering the PIN, but still charged me 92 LE. The second card reader then debited 92 euros, but still spat out a receipt with 92 LE. Via my online banking, I then showed the people at the diving school that the device even charged 4 euros too much with the first booking, but people werent really interested. I then told you to consult with your bank and I would contact you.Unfortunately, I was then visited by the staff at the hotel pool for the entire two remaining weeks and asked to contact my bank and pay you the money in cash.(And in the end it was like I said. I was charged 4 euros too much, which was not refunded to me either)

The ride on the semi-submarine was something special for our grandchildren. Unfortunately, there are only a few colorful fish to see. 10 years ago, only a few meters in the sea had seen much more and, above all, more beautiful fish. Drinks and snacks were on offer, but only Coca Cola. The seller gave incorrect information. A pity for the time and the money.

The instructors speak very good German / English / Russian. Are actually well organized. 3/5 stars, because the seller PROMISED that a maximum of 25 people are allowed on the boat.
