Average of 3.5 stars.. what a complete joke!Any 4 or 5 star reviews on this company are more than likely written by the company or their friends, because their is nothing good about this company or the developments that they throw up.I have owned a Red-sea way apartment for the last 5 years and it’s been an absolutely shocking experience, if I could I would give red-sea way zero starsFrom the foundations through to the finish, the build quality is shocking woeful and the management of the buildings once constructed is so incompetent that it borders on criminal. If these buildings are still standing 10 years from now it will be a miracle.

Please please please do not buy from this company. I am from London and invested £11k into a one bed in the Tiba Plaza in 2014.I visited briefly once in 2015 and came back again today (Feb 2018) to find the building in completely disrepair. Lifts not working, slime and things growing out of the pool, walls and God knows where else. Paint peeling, holes in the wall being filled with paper. Rusty outdoor furniture that I wouldn’t even let my dog poo on!Tiba sell these properties looking half way decent, try to flog you overpriced furniture and then ask for maintenance fees (via ,guess what, their management company)when clearly the funds are not being used for the up keep of the building. When I asked them what had happened they were really nasty.Please don’t waste your time and money. The pictures are a glossy front and not reality.More pictures from Tiba properties. To warn you.

Please please dont buy from red Sea way. My daughter has apartment in one of the tiba and it never cleaned , the staff are rude the pool is disgusting, as for ealam yakout , horrible animal, rude ,nasty ,Do not buy

The worse kind of property to invest in / buy. Poorly built and designed. No maintence plan in place to ensure decent up keep. Stay far!

Somewhat dubious sales methods .... first they wanted 30% deposit, but the contract I would have received only after complete payment. After a long time back and forth (I do not pay thousands of euros without any written) it would have gone .... but then I was too weird

Terrible quality of service at tiba palace !!! All the paint from the walls is gone, it looks awful !!! the pool floor is flooded, in the apartments on the ground floor there is water and fungus!
