Please ppl, dont say rubbish cos the appartments what you can rent from that company are really good furnished, equipped and very modern. And what is the most important very clean!!! The prices are really fair! If anybody expects some extra stuff, there is an easy solution: pay more or go to the hotel.Ive been to few apartments from Them and never could say anything bad. The lady who runs the business, is very nice, helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend that apartments and ppl who are working in there!And btw, I know this appartment what those ppl from bad reviews were staying. The appartment is nice and clean! And cheap! Sorry ppl- if You pay €175 pm and the price includes water usage and electricity(on the summer time, what I suppose you have been there in that time by the date of Your review) then what else do You expect?! Be fair! And that price for whole family? Woman was too kind with You!Good You have mentioned the name of the landlord, everybody will be able to know the other side of story. Very bad experience with the landlady. The apartment was unclean on arrival, very dirty, there was a lack of everything that a normal family with children and / or babies would need to be able to cope with! No dining table and chairs, no cot available, the kitchen disastrous and dirty. The bedrooms: matzraze moldy (see photos), floor, under the bed, closet, etc. absolutely heavily soiled, a thrown together furniture, power cables open everywhere, which is an absolute no go for rentals with children !!!!!!!!!In the kitchen there is already a lack of basic equipment for cooking. Only plates, cups, cutlery, pans and pots where the paint has already been removed 3 times. The gas stove is so dirty that it is unusable! The panes of the kitchen cupboards are missing and are infested with vermin!The fan in the bathroom does not work and is totally dirty, as are all the panes. Bidet does not work. The shower curtain and shower rod are missing (should be done in July, when we looked at the apartment, like everything else), so you have the entire bathroom wet, as well as everything else that is in it!The elevator was already broken four times, power failure in the apartment almost every day. The landlady Ela Szczurek only said that she didnt fix anything and that she didnt get anything, so that we could at least bridge the time there halfway! The apartment would be wonderfully clean and would like to be taken by other customers (I was already interested and would be surprised how Eastern Europeans live like that if they like THAT)The conclusion was that we, actually rented until March 2019, sometimes with 3 toddlers and a baby, as well as a severely disabled man, should leave the apartment within 4 days! The further lease until March was unilaterally terminated by her, the landlady. There was no discussion, the landlady was suddenly ill, then only e-mail contact, only impersonal. She was happy to take our 💰 money.We cleaned like the world champions so that it had a certain basic cleanliness. Washed because everything was completely dirty and partly used in the closet (yeah, yuck !!!) The bedding was completely washed, because polecats must have stayed in it beforehand, at least according to the smell!The view from the balcony of the wonderful mountain of rubbish is very great! It is suitable for romantic evenings on the balcony, as flies and mosquitoes are always visiting.Lamps defective, or only lightbulbs or nothing, loose cables unsecured !!!! Great -> as I said, Family Apartment!It is more suitable for bag packers!Much promised, nothing behind it!A doorman who takes care of security and a contact person if you need support or service is not available, but you pay with it!Anyone who moves in there from November 26th, 2018 has at least a little basic cleanliness thanks to us.On your behalf, I recommend looking for something better ...My pleasure...

If you want it to be really sticky, greasy, moldy and broken, want to move into a family apartment with your family, but where there is no dining table with chairs, nothing for children, if you want to have everything wet when you take a shower, because the landlady Ela Szczurek says everything is clean and beautiful and she wont fix, buy or maintain anything and then leave the apartment within 4 days, this is the place for you! Its a mess that was probably never cleaned, if at all only by the tenants.The good Mrs. Ela can be denied, we asked for several meetings to show her the problem. But no, once she was suddenly ill, then she sends her husband over, but the landlady likes to avoid a discussion. But when you check in, it is there very quickly. This is my 21st time in Egypt and have never experienced anything like it. I would like to mention that I am handicapped, have wheelchair users, my wife, 2 small children and a baby with me. She still wants to kick us out the door and not keep the agreements to rent out until March. You don’t have to think that we’ll get help with looking for an apartment from her!
