Wonderful massage! I highly recommend this place. I came back three times during my stay. I recommend Amy - she was so professional. It really felt great and relaxing :) you won’t regret it.

Don’t go there if you have high expectations.We went together with my husband for a 90 min cleopatra program: sauna, jacuzzi, scrub, and massage.The sauna was not very hot, we didn’t sweat. So I wonder the use of it. Jacuzzi was good, nothing to say on this part.For scrub: well, she didn’t scrub me. She applied coconut scrub on my body, but she didn’t scrub. Then she wrapped me in a towel and applied a mask on my face. She didn’t say what it was and she doesn’t speak English except saying: it is good mask. Ok but I have very sensitive and dry face skin, so not all products are good for my skin. I regret they don’t ask first what is your type of skin, etc.During the 10 min wrapped, we hear 2 women speaking, almost yelling at each other in another room. We were the only clients so I guess it was people from their team. So not really relaxing...After that, you shower and you go to massage. The people who was in charge of my massage was not gentle at all. I asked her to be at least softer but it was not much better.40 min after the mud mask with no other care during that time (so my skin had time to dry), the same girl finishes the massage applying a face cream. Again when I ask her what it is because I have dry skin, she says she doesn’t understand.My husband had the same experience with his massage, so it is not just the woman in charge of me. This is just the way they do. So if you are looking for a relaxing place where you fully trust the person in charge of you, don’t go there.

The best spa in El Gouna. We had 60 minutes massage and it was very good. They are very kind. It was a great experience for sure.

The masseuse had an injury in her hand. Asked for someone else. All were booked. Even when I asked for extension, my masseuse was also booked. Paid full amount. Left unsatisfied and baffled by the fact that they didnt give her a couple of days off to heal.

I went on vacation to el Gouna and had an amazing experience at Lagona Spa. After a week of Kitesurfing it was the most relaxing experience. We started with the sauna and then jacuzzi. Afterwards we had the most wonderful massage and the people there were super profesional and nice. I would recommend the experience 100%

It’s professional massage. You most try it with Hanan she is very good. The spa helps me to give out of pain with Hanaan speciality and the manager is lovely lady she is so kind. I love this spa I will come back for sure next time.

Old Men wake up early....Old med wake up early was one of the things i ve learned from my Trainer, my Scientist and my Ex lover. Actually the same person.I always remember this line when i wake up early. During my stay in Egypt i lost sleep. Actually i did not sleep 10 nights.This happens to me often when i m în vacation, or when i change temperature from 18 to 38 degrees :i lose sleep. Luckily I ve Discovered the Spa, as it was just around the corner from my hotel :Cook s club(nice hotel, delicious breakfast, cozy and with friendly personal, but too noisy).Thing is,I ve never thought in a Spa I could find the relaxation and the silence i ve needed to cope with my problem (not sleeping during 10 nights out of 12 of vacation it s not fun). At the Reception a blonde woman proposed me one hour of massage. I ve accepted without any hesitation. My masseuse was Lala, or Lulu, i m really not good with names. The moment she grabed my hand and took me to the room, i knew she ll do a good job. Now, i tell you:every single muscle tensed in my body, every bad energy, every pain i had, în one hour Lala took care of that. Not only she s a good masseuse, she does not talk, and she knew exactly where i had pain, which temperature to put the air condițion, where to touch and for how long. Really:omg, what a relief!!Second time she was not there, so i ve booked another girl, which was ok.... But Not Lala.Third time i was asked which girl i want, as now they had 3(!!!)masseuses, of course i ve chosed her. This time it was heaven, as I was proposed a program with a turkish Bath included, which i took without hesitation. It was my first turkish Bath i took în my life, and I can t wait to go back one day and have another one. Amazing experience, plus the hot stone where i ve lyed, was exactly what my tired body needed. All programs have sauna included, by the way, and the price:well i ve payed around 40 or 50 euro, and one time i ve payed 100 euro, but i ve bought some Mango essential oil, mmmm.... The smell, and the program took about 2 and a half hours, which, if you have time in el gouna, please take this Program, în which by the way, you have included a hot stone massage, also a hit.Last visit în The spa was a flop, the man at the cash desk tried to make me a higher price, as the Blonde beautiful woman was missing, but i ve said i only have a certain amount, and all was good. I do this often în Egipt, i only take a certain amount with me, and if they say YES, it s ok, if no.... Well, în The END they all say YES. Smile smile smileEgyptian Tourism lost a great deal of money due to the Covid situațion, and now they are happy to have the tourists back, and every penny is appreciated.For me, all was interesting în this vacation/business trip. I ve wanted to buy a home în Mangroovy or Tawila. But, some things went wrong, like my hospital visit, and some other small issus, so i ve decided not to buy.Yes, Egypt is a beautiful country, the Red Sea is amazing, the dahar is a pharmacy, if you know what to buy, but to Invest there:i did not find the stability of Switzerland (this îs The country where i currently live), so my home will have to wait a few years.If în El gouna, give this spa a try, and even if Steigenberger offer a higher service, try an hour with Lala, you won t regret. And a small tip is highly appreciated.Tks, be nice!!

We went to the Lagona Spa for the first time in December and since we were very satisfied, we booked massages again now in March when we returned to El Gouna. The owners are very friendly and not pushy. We had aromatherapy and hot-stone massages and were very satisfied each time. The value is very good for the money. We can fully recommend Lagona Spa and for sure will come back in the future when we come to El Gouna again.

Weirdest massage experience we’ve ever had. My wife and I booked a sport and a “Pharon” massage, but regardless, neither massage was what we asked or paid for. First, the masseuses had us undress in front of them. Then, they spent the whole time chatting with one another and giggling in Arabic. They kept telling me to “relax” before twisting my body in some weird way (which isn’t the way you get someone to relax). After my wife explicitly asked not to spend any time on her face or head, her masseuse ended up massaging both her face and her head. During this face massage, her masseuse removed my mask and then flipped it upside down and reversed it when putting it back on. Finally, the “massages” themselves were more of a light petting and some strange Thai massage-like movements, leaving us feeling even less relaxed and more uncomfortable than when we came in.

Was received very friendly. Steam bath and then a super super massage. Our needs were fully addressed. The ladies were so polite and accommodating. All still cheap. We will be back.It should also be emphasized that everything was shown to us first and that we were not pushed into any performance afterwards.

I live in Hurghada and have been going to Lagona spa for 4 months. All girls do a great massage, always fulfill requests and listen to wishes. I want to say a special thank you to the head - Anastasia! She is always in touch, always attentive to booking and conducting massages. I advise everyone!
