The guide was really annoying and kind of ruined the trip. He stopped the whole group various times just to ask some people to stay at 3m from each other while some were a bit slower or faster. In my opinion let people just drive and enjoy. When he asked if everything was okay and I knodded, he became really upset that I didnt reply yes. Really unwelcoming attitude, he should find another job. Moreover the place is a bit dirty (especially the kitchen) so we skipped the dinner. The best part was the superhappy photographer!

1 star for salespeople of Alex Safari El Gouna working at Mövenpick, which are disrespectful and insult guests if no purchase is made. 2 stars because the company took action and was open to feedback. The review relates only to salespeople at Mövenpick, we did not book a tour.

I am very disappointed...the transfer was late 30min, Bedouins village doesn’t even exist, we ride 20km/h max 30...I ride faster on my bike. Our tour guide didn’t even listen us than we wanted go a little bit faster, have some fun...Canyon... there is no canyon.Barbecue... hmm meat was medium raw, but it was chicken.

This tour was fun and at exactly the right pace. Our tour guide was Ahmed who was super nice and had just the right approach - not too pushy and not too distant. Some of the below posters commented about wind ripples and that it was uncomfortable as the tour guide was driving too slow - this is not the case anymore, they increased the speed.Others also commented about a lack of goggles - this has now been fixed and is included in the €5 cost.Drifting and leaving the „lane“ was still not allowed. Would still happily recommend to anyone though.

If you look at this trip as a desert experience it is good. If you want to enjoy riding quads this trip is terrible. Great view and sunset but you ride in a line behind eachother and we were told off for riding one meter to the side and doing some minor drifting. We were also told we would get goggles and a helmet. The helmets are a joke and there were no goggles but you could buy a scarf for 5 euro. The tracks were full of wind ripples and the guide drove at just the right speed to make it bumby as hell. If he drove 5 kph faster it would be a much more comfortable ride. Would not do again.

Booked a quad sunset tour during stay in El Gouna. The lounge was dark and somewhat uninviting. We were the only English people present and had to ask for English details. When purchasing the tour I asked was the insurance included should we be injured or a problem. Was reassured yes this was included and nothing to worry about. Upon arriving was handed a sheet originally in German to sign. Im glad I asked for the English as it said I was responsible for any damage or injury caused and the company was not liable. I asked about insurance and told No Insurance. Also mentions on the sheet hamlet worn at all times, I assume helmet and no helmets were provided just a scarf that cost €5.Completely different experience to other tours/trips taken in El Gouna.

Ismail who is promoting your tours should reconsider his approach to clients. If I as a probable client tell him that I am not interested visibly have earplugs in my ears to listen to music with the intention to relax. He shouldnt rudely stuff my your flyer into my belongings and should not reply ironically that I am very kind.Staying here for 10 days and I will definetly do a tour, just with a different operator.

Really great program for the day! They picked us up at 2.30 and dropped off at the hotel at 8 PM.We were riding the quads in the desert, visited a beduin camp for tea, watched the sunset, then drove back to the starting point and had a bbq dinner there. Our guide told us information about the whole place, it was really interesting! It was 60 euros for us (2person on 1 quad), so it is better to ask at your hotel’s reception or call them, then booking it online.

Very funny.Quad tour and a trip to the Bedouins can be recommended. If you are a little afraid, you shouldnt necessarily go into the desert with you.The drivers are always on the move and they dont necessarily keep a safe distance from them. ;-)PS: if you have back pain or other ailments, you should refrain from it!The desert ground is very hard and the vehicles are not particularly softly sprung.Pregnant women are also excluded.

A very nice provider for quad tours. The lounge is dark and uncomfortable. The toilets were a deterrent. There were very cute cats there when we visited. The quads are sometimes a bit old and go out all the time. Quad biking is not fun in a group. It wasnt really fun anyway, because the tour guide sets the pace and there is no overtaking. Always ride nicely in a pearl necklace and if a quad stops again wait wait wait ...

We booked a sunset quad tour for two people (around € 80 for two quads). The tour was great! We would definitely recommend it! The tour through the Dry Canyon was great! After the tour there was a grill buffet. The team was super nice too! Everything was well organized from start to finish! We bought the cloth in advance at the hotel. If you dont have one with you on the tour, you can buy one on site for the same price. Sunglasses and the cloth are totally sufficient during the journey. What is offered on the quad tour is definitely worth the money!

Booked the jeep tour Oasis on the hotel beach. At 1430 we were picked up from the hotel (4 guests in total). In the jeep we went out of El Gouna into a desert canyon. The first kilometers were already impressive. All alone, without any other vehicles. Only we! The first stop was at an acacia, our guide Falcon (great guy, explained everything fantastically) showed us fossilized corals, shells and explained the flora. We went on to a plateau, through the desert to an oasis. We saw a lot of pausing storks there and walked along the water for a while. Just great. We went 35 km back to a hill where we enjoyed the sunset. On the way we were lucky enough to see a camel mother living in the wild with her baby. Our very careful driver gave the mother more water. Under the starry sky there was a delicious barbecue and at the end the pure starry sky.All in all an amazing tour with great impressions, unbelievable nature and unbelievable pictures. Conclusion: perfect, 100% recommendation. Thank you Falcon for the experience. All the best for you and thanks to your driver.

We booked the sunset tour. The price we found in any case appropriate. We were picked up on time and after a short journey we were already there. Our tour guide Munir (hope is right) could both Arabic, as well as English and broken German. Since our group included both Arabic, English, French and German tourists, everything went through the English language. In addition, it was asked beforehand if everyone agreed and the tour guide could speak English without accents so that the instructions were easy to follow. The double quad was upholstered in the back with a cushion, which I know only so (have already participated in quad tours in other countries). So I did not find it any bad to sit in the back because I already knew that it feels much safer than it looks. The first stop was the Bedouin village, where I did not think that was somehow set or something similar. We were greeted warmly and were allowed to make a round there with the two camels. After a short photo session (which I also found very pleasant and unobtained), it went on. The track was pretty bumpy, but honestly, if youre traveling by quad, you should not expect a good road. The fact that one drives there sometimes off-road on not so super designed routes is normal and makes the whole but just. When we arrived at the top of the mountain we were able to marvel at the beautiful sunset. The view from the mountain was really impressive. The tour guide gave us some very interesting information. Then it went back to the quads and then mostly back in the dark. I thought it was cool, because when do you drive in the dark with the quad through the desert? Back at the starting point you were greeted friendly and there was delicious food. :)The pictures and the video film of the trip could be purchased for 25 €, which I found priced okay. We got the DVD delivered to the hotel the same evening.During the entire trip, the staff always had everything in view and in case of difficulties, they always stood by with advice and assistance. Nobody was just left behind like that. All staff were super friendly and humorous, so we had a super fun and adventurous outing.Highly Recommended! :)

The canyons are really worth seeing. The tour by quad would actually be good too. But the groups were much too large, we were over 20 people, which I find too much. On top of that, we sometimes messed around properly and this only that the photographers could overtake us again to take photos that they wanted to take after the tour. When I book a quad tour I want to ride a quad bike and not do a photo shoot. Therefore I would not recommend the tour if you fancy quad biking.

Yesterday we drove the sunrise - tour in El Gouna. The quads have left the best days long behind. A quad for 1 person became a quad for 2 with a seat cushion and ribbons. The unfriendly guides were Poser, who repeatedly drove across the group to stir up more sand. The Bedouin village was a farce: Promised camels were not there and 1 Bedouin who cooked tea for us. We were told at the sale of the tour, we drive a bit up the canyon, also that did not happen unfortunately. The sunrise was nice.We can not recommend the tour.

We booked a quad for 2 people, together with the 10, - for 2 scarves we came to 65, -. If I had read the comments and reviews here earlier, my wife might have been spared a real ordeal: if you book, then please only single quads, as a passenger on the luggage rack it is simply bad. Incidentally, that was the opinion of all the passengers in our group!Otherwise you can recommend the tour conditionally, the demand should not be too high (what is in the other reviews, everything is correct), but if you want to have fun, robust and tough, you will get your moneys worth here.Another note: clothes and backpacks or bags are of course completely sanded afterwards, just like yourself. In this case, complete means: complete!Achso, the 25, - for the DVD with the photos: we made it, the photos are not masterpieces, but better than trying it yourself. If you have a GoPro or something, you can safely do without the DVD.Another addendum: 3 days later ... various drivers are still feeling their guts, lets see what the medics say ...

The people are super friendly and the 55Km long tour is also very suitable for beginners. Our guide has always made sure that no one is lost, but also accelerated, so that you could press the quad sometimes right: DI will book the tour again on my next stay in Hurghada.Incl. There was also a hookah + tea with the Bedouins as well as a short camel ride and a big farewell buffet60euro per person / quad+ 25 euros for photos and videosWe paid.

Just do not book a quad tour on Alex Safari. This is the purest mass processing and the troupe has the charm of a gang of Marauders, both in the lobby of the Hotel Paradisio, who are responsible for the sale, and those who subsequently lead the tour. My wife did not feel good after booking and canceled her single quad, causing a huge uprising and discussion why and why.If you book a two-person quad, a seat cushion is simply strapped onto the luggage rack of a single quad, and the vehicle below shows a sticker that is forbidden. But the provider is fine and can be signed before that he is liable for any injuries. We were picked up on time.Arrived in the base, it was called wait and wait ... until all buses arrived. Laboriously at 40 degrees in the shade. The briefing was good.We had the desert cloths at the provider for 5 € bought the piece, the quality but they are not even worth a euro. A pair of glasses could be borrowed there. Here we go:The first 1-2 kilometers were really fun. Then actually followed an extremely bumpy road which has been extremely difficult to drive.I drove, my 13 year old son sat behind me, as already mentioned only on a seat cushion on the luggage rack. This once slipped and he popped fully on the boom. I decided to adjust the pace and not let a racer go by.One of the guides understood. Of the others, I was often approached cheeky and asked to accelerate .. Hello, is it still? There were also women with children on the quad .. these were also stupid addressed.I can not believe that you are so cheeky and unprofessional with your customers ...First stop:A Bedouin village haa-haa-haa ..Tea was good. The clothes of the Bedouins were the purest costumes and it felt like a show. The camel riding was a short round on two abseiled animals, which probably would not have made more track and the one sorry for the sight.Second stop:10 minutes to admire fossilized coral and marine life.Third stop:The sunset.Yes that was really nice.Thank you Mother Nature! From the beginning you are forced to do any poses for the photographer. That just annoys. I paid for a quad tour and no shooting! After the sunset:Back in the dark 30-45 minutes. Absolutely impossible because you have to concentrate extremely in the dark: desert, stones, dust, poor visibility, etc.But you should drive so fast that in my opinion it is life-threatening!At the end there was a dinner which was okay. A 3 for the food.- unfriendly- no consideration for women, children or simply comfortable drivers- drive at night, insecure, extremely poor visibility- If you have finally survived, you will be turned on for 25 € a DVD package on which then the tour itself should be seen as a film and personal photos of you. First of all we had to run behind the DVDs for two days and annoy the people, to realize at home in Germany that more than half of the pictures taken by us were missing.SAVE THE MONEY.THE TOUR WOULD BE GREAT IF THE TEAM WAS BETTER!

We found the Alex Sunset by quad safari on the internet and booked it via WhatsApp.For € 20 extra, we were picked up from our hotel in Hurghada and brought back there.Unfortunately we had to wait 1 hour for the other participants in the camp, but we got coke and water :)The tour itself was great, super nice and our guide Mounir was very nice!Everything was rounded off in the evening by very, very delicious food in the form of a buffet. We didnt even have to chase after our photos. Since our hotel was not in El Gouna, they did not bring the CD to the reception, but gave it to us in the evening. And there are all of our (and only our) pictures on it.So all in all really top & recommendable! Thanks alot :)

So we have just come from this quad tour and are thrilled. We booked the afternoon tour for € 40 pp.Recommended: sunglasses, cloth, sturdy shoes and min. 3/4 pants. The cloth is also available on site for € 5.The clothes (recommendation) were perfect. After a 10 minute drive from the hotel there was a brief introduction to the quads and everyone had to take a test drive.During the entire tour Hotel-Tour-Hotel someone who speaks German is always present. At first I found driving through the area on a string of pearls boring. But after all participants became more confident, the pace was increased a little. You have to say that in a group (approx. 12 quads) there are 3-4 guides who have ancestors and the entire group overtaken every few hundred meters in order to intervene early in the event of abnormalities or problems. The quads obviously have a few kilometers on the clock, but technically they are really good. One or the other could have the idle gas a little higher. But hey! So what ;)After two stops including drinks, photos, sunset, etc. it went back quickly in the dark. If you thought it was boring at the beginning, you will get your moneys worth now. With partly 2m visibility stony sandy terrain the 20km return trip will be exhausting at some pointAfter parking the quads at the location, you are briefly blown off with the compressed air and have time to wash your hands and face. Afterwards there was a really good little buffet with self-made tea in an open oriental room. The guides are really nice, in a good mood and courteous. Always trying to create individual inconveniences out of the world. So for the 40 € we got a great program from 3:15 p.m. to 9 p.m.I can only recommend it.

Recommended!Booked was a quad for two people (afternoon). At the beginning our guide explained the rules / important information and the functions of the quad in English / German and Arabic.Condition of the quads were purpose according to.The tire quality was very different, from newly frosted to completely worn. With the worn-out tires, you can see a lot more rushing, but this way you drive faster cross 😎.The claw ride was a short treat.Maybe 50 meters, but one is also there to drive quad. The return trip started shortly after sunset, the lights from the quad did not actually do it. You have to trust the driver in front, follow his tail light and just stay in the line in which you should drive, then you can again give some gas in the darkThe food, which was in the station, was really good, sometimes better as in the hotel!Suggestions for improvement:Actually only the communication during the break could be better. For example, how much time you have, in the places where you hold, to better divide the time.

Highly recommended Quat Tour. My children also had a lot of fun. However, I only give it 3 stars, because I am extremely annoyed by the way. The tour was very cheap and on site you can get ski goggles and helmets for a brazen rental fee that neither child nor adult fit. The helmet presses on my glasses and the glasses on my nose for the whole tour. Still hurts me For glasses and helmets you had to pay a rent and buy a cloth.Instead of adequately offering the very cheap tour and paying the local staff decently. Instead, you are begged for everything and have to pay for everything.Anyone who is aware that nothing is free or part of the service in this country (as in Germany) and is willing to pay for everything will be very pleased with this tour.

Best Tours in El Gouna. I have been touring Egypt for years and have been through many tours. The Quad = tour on this holiday was something of the best that will be remembered for a long time. Also my companion (w18 + w19) liked it very much. Comment: It was just G ...) The program is just right. Good introduction, safety is GREATER written and the slopes are varied. From easy to jump. The breaks for the quads are interesting. Seeing fossils in the rocks, viewing Canyon from above, climbing the caves, riding camels, shisha and drinking tea. 100% fulfilled. Tour about 4 hours. Bring good glasses and headscarf. (You can also buy there) Finally: VERY RECOMMENDED. Thanks to our tour guide Ahmed. 5 out of 5 ⭐

Crazy walk experience. We rented 10 quads for a 3 hour ride. After a very short or nonexistent briefing we started the walk. From the start the staff and guides were very rude. 3 guides, one in front, one behind and one in the middle. Despite the expanse of the desert, we were forced to ride in single file and out of the way of overflowing a centimeter to the left or to the right under penalty of being ENGUELER! Stop for a tea in an ultra touristy and charmless place. The quads are old and poorly maintained. 2 of them broke down during the ride. In short once but not 2!
