Thanks to them we had a successful vacation .The boat trips where sensational, with the second one in particular, Mahmoud knows what Im talking about :) . Hospitality and beautiful words but also his generosity, which we especially thankful to Mahmoud and all the wonderful moments spent with him and his team . The ride whit his bike made my day and the whole trip unforgettable .We fished in the Red Sea, we snorkeled and we saw beautiful fishes , we felt great at sea beside them!PS:Special thanks to Mahmoud , we will certainly return to Egypt, but only thanks to him .

Not the right place to book a tour.

We booked the safari tour for 35 €, cheaper than the hotel (50 €), but more expensive than others who were there (20 €).Headscarf was included in the shop.We were picked up by a jeep from the hotel and brought to quad riding. There we waited almost an hour before we left ... The quad biking was great (30-40min)!Water and glasses to borrow you got there for 1 € (should be inclusive).Then we are with the jeep to the Binuinendorf out. The ride was fun, we were thoroughly shaken. After the ride I was a bit bad.Here everyone got a 0.5 liter bottle and some sweet tea.We saw a few animals (horse, chickens, desert foxes, goats, snakes, turtles), very nice.Then we drove 7min with the Baggi and we were vases for 4-5 € and overpriced drinks and snacks sold.Camel riding, watching bread making and other sales (healing herbs, bracelets, stones, ...).Then water, coke and dinner (was okay) and a show (3 gigs: rotating dancing man, dance and Feuerjonglierer). Star looking through horoscope was not special. Then 40min drive back to the hotel by jeep.The facility was nicely done, just for tourists.Tipping was expected for camel ride, bread baking and for the driver.€ 35 was definitely too much, the tour operator probably makes the most profit.I recommend to take enough water, we had 2 liters for 2 (fortunately), that has just arrived.Such a safari tour is worth an experience, but here you had the feeling they just want our money. We have been waiting a lot (maybe half the time) and there has been a lot of effort to sell us something.Tour went from 12h30-20h.

Unfortunately, no honest employees.Had booked the safari tour for 5h. Scarves for the desert they wanted to hand over. Tour took 3 hours and the scarves for the tour we had to buy 4 euros per scarf per scarf. After the tour was so short, we went back to the store. NO insight has been given.No apology.We booked the tour for 20 euros per person (transfer, scarf squad ride, bedouin village, camel ride, food, show and sunset).What we got was very late transfer, squad drive, 10 min Bedouin village, 1 minute camel ride, food).On the way it turned out that the others booked the same tour for 250 LE (about 13 Euro).

Great deals and very friendly staff.We have booked 4 activities (snorkeling with dolphins, quad desert tour, luxury excursion, Egyptian Hamann) and can recommend it to anyone who wants to go on excursions.The organization is perfect too.

I recommend this travel company, quality services, professional staff, when you arrive in Hurghada you can call on their services with confidence !!! They will find solutions for everyones needs !!! 👍
