First off all a Big thanks to all the Crew members on the ship for a FIRST CLASS TRIP in the Red sea , these guys know there job and know how to keep everyone onboard happy, We saw Dolphins, and visited 3 Coral reefs and done some snorkerling ,we had a delicious lunch with Soft Drinks, At the end of the day they organised a bananna boat and a Couch and Sped us around for approximately 1 hr with no extra cost ......I can recommend this trip to Everyone...its well worth the price! It was a wonderful snorkling experienced, staffs are friendly, thanks to all members of the crew, well organized. I recommend this Agency if you want to go snorkling in the Red Sea. I will definitely come back.

We had last week, on 21th march, a Trip to Cairo by Plane, and it was a very pleasant experience. They were very punctual and they provided us with all the needed information.Our guide name is Mamdouh and he was THE BEST. He is a egyptologist, he knows a lot about everything that you might ask and is a very good professional. Our driver was a little Schumacher in the best way possible, we arrived on time for everything despite the chaotic traffic in Cairo.We definitely recommend this unique experience at a very good price. The flight saves you a lot of time and you really can enjoy it.

We can thoroughly recommend this trip which was excellent value compared to some of our other excursions booked elsewhere. The trip included return pick up to our hotel with about six hours at sea. Every element of the advertised features more than lived up to our expectations, with the dolphin experience and great friendly atmosphere generated by the charming crew being the highlights. Also the creative lunch was probably the best meal we had all holiday! One tip though would be to bring sufficient warm clothes if you do the trip in February like us. The sea is warm but the wind can be very chilly when the boat is moving.

We had a great experience with trip on Paradise Island. Organisation was on time (pick up and drop off the hotel). Pleasent and polite guides and crew on a boat, delicious launch. They were very helpful and in a good mood. Drive with a boat was also nice, good music, not a lot of people. I strongly recommend this agency because its professional and good value for the quality. It was a very nice trip, we saw a lot of dolphins, some on just a couple of centimeters away. The lunch was great with a lot of choice. Luca our guide brought us to some great reefs, were we saw a lot of tropical fish. Because of the cold sea we rented some wetsuit. The wetsuits were old and had holes in it, but it kept us warm enough to enjoy this great adventure. This trip is worth it. One tip: check different sites before you book, the price can be variable. We paid 19euros but some paid over 40euros for the same trip!

The dolphins house trip with snorkeling was booked from the UK. The price was very good compared to the local operators selling the same trip . The minibus journey could have been improved with suspension on rear. We waited over 20mins at a hotel for no shoes and no information was given as to why. This left others late for collection. This aside what s fantastic host in Lucas and the team. They were very charming and gave us a fantastic experience with the whole day. Would recommend the trip 😁😀

We had a great time on the dolfins and snorkeling trip. It was an overall very good experience. The boat was in good shape. The staff was very friendly and entertaining. Sometimes a little too much though.The trip itself offered exactly what we were looking for: lots of dolphins and lots of fishs in the riffs. We stopped first for the swimming with the dolphins and than had two stops for snorkeling in the riffs. On the second stop was also banana boat riding possible. The riffs are not in the perfect shape they used to be a couple of years ago, but still decent with some variety.A real highlight was the customer service. I forgot my shirt on the boat and they brought it to my hotel the next day. Thanks again!

We booked the Cairo day trip, this trip is long and you are knackered when you get back, however this really is a wonderful day :) picked up on time on a relatively comfy coach, we do a lot of travelling and this was one of the better coaches we have travelled on for room. After a long drive (I had tried to sleep but wanted to take in all of the sites and was entertained for hours) we arrived and transferred to a smaller van, really comfortable and fantastic to see the sights. We had the most amazing tour guide Russia, she was so helpful and made the most of our trip. The trip back was very long and I would have like to have avoided the last stop and left just after we visited the pyramids. But a really wonderful day, and such a fantastic price for everything that was included. Thank you so much for a wonderful day

We were happy with the tour and we got a lot of experiences with the tour fee. BUT we chose a tour WITHOUT the ATV/quad on purpose, and when we arrived they told us ATV and sand buggy is included for everyone. So then it didnt natter what tour we had chose. Also they picked us up half an hour later than they said they will do. And it was still 1,5h before the tour was supposed to start, so we missed the lunch at our hotel.Remember to bring cash to able to tip the Bedouin people and for renting goggles for the ATV and buggy.On the dolphin and snorkelling tour we were happy with everything. Remember to bring warm clothes because the wind is chilling!

The pick-up from the hotel was right on time.After about 20 minutes we arrived at the tour start.The quad ride was very nice, so was the camel ride.The staff was very helpful in all kind of ways, helping putting on the scarf, making pictures with our phone and so on.We climbed a hill, more pictures and a nice view.The ride back was a bit faster, which I Iiked. We purchased a DVD and CD with pictures and a short movie of our tour for a reasonable price.This tour was the highlight of our holiday so far!

We visited a wonderful island and enjoyed a couple of beautiful reefs where we were doing snorkeling and we could see some tropical fish, jellyfish and other sea fauna. The lunch was great with a lot of choice: variety of salads, typical Egyptian dishes and fresh fruit as desert. Our visit was on February and it was pretty cold for snorkeling event with the rented wetsuit(5€ fees/each)The photographer insisted too much 😰 however overall my feedback is pretty good.We paid 20€ for a 8 hours trip.

9 HOUR DOLPHIN SNORKELLING TOUR.My husband and I went on the 9 hour Dolphin trip and we had a great day. The staff were all fantastic and so helpful with me and my disabilities, as I cant walk far, I was even given a taxi back to the minibus to save my husband pushing me back up in the wheelchair. There are several stops to see the Dolphins which we did, was lovely to see them in their own environment and stops for snorkelling, they did a lovely lunch of chicken, fish, rice and salad and there were unlimited hot and cold drinks. Watching them with the children as well, they were so good with them and would hold the little ones so the parents could swim. Then we had a chance for a free ride on a banana boat and sofa boat and this was amazing. They asked for a tip and sold photos and videos of the say if we wanted it, but they were not pushy which was lovely. We are coming back in August and will definitely book some more trips with Egyptra, Luca was amazing, so funny and friendly and helpful as they all were. England. ❤⛵⛵JEEP SAFARI CAMEL RIDE & BEDOUIN.5 STARS.Would definitely recommend, was a full day of fun, you do Quads, buggies and a Jeep ride to a Bedouin village, where you ride a camel free as well and can buy souvenirs, then back in dusk across the desert about 20km. They have a really good buffet lunch and a show, you have the opportunity to buy a DVD which is £20 equivalent. this was a great value. they provide free water, and you get tea and coke with dinner. they then take you back to your hotels for about 7.30 to 8 pm depending on where you are staying. Thank you to Essam for being a Great guide. great English, and very entertaining and helpful ❤❤

We attended 2 trips with Egyptra, the Giftun Island snorkeling tour and the Safari tour (quad, Bedouin Village etc.). Both of them were well-organized, the guides, drivers were really nice and helpful, the foods were delicious. We really enjoyed the trips. We recommend it for everybody :)

Me and my sister did a day trip to Cairo. We had a fantastic time. The day was a long day but well worth it. We were picked up at 1am from our hotel travelled 5 hours from Hurghada to Cairo. On arrival we spent time in the Egyptian museum with a brilliant tour guide who stayed with us the whole day. We then did a 35min boat trip on the Nile before stopping for lunch. The restaurant served delicious food. After lunch we headed to see the great pyramids of Giza. It was an unforgettable experience. On the advice of our guide (Russia) we didn’t pay to go into the largest pyramids but went into one of the smaller one for free which for us was more than sufficient as the entrance is very narrow and low. Our guide also advised us the best places to buy souvenirs and not get ripped off. Over all amazing trip and I would 100% recommend it to anyone.

We went on a trip to the paradise island close to Hurghada. The crew speak English very well and are very friendly. They cooked us a nice meal on the boat, which was very good.The facilities were really nice and clean. Our boat seamed the be in much better condition than the other boats we saw in the ocean.I don’t think the island was that nice. But the trip as a whole was really good, the ocean is beautiful here and we saw a lot of fish while snorkeling off the boat.

We took a ride in the submarine boat. The boat and crew were great. Our boys were over joyed to see so many cool coral reef creatures swimming right in front of them! We werent thrilled with the professional photographers, though they were good at what they do, took away from enjoying the moments on the boat to stop and pose for a picture, then of course be sold those pictures at the end. And we could have done without the hour and a half on the snack boat, though it provides some pretty views and a chance to swim a bit, I would have preferred to just return to shore.

I didn’t enjoy my trip which was the dolphin dive and snorkelling!! First they created a group chat to talk and discuss the details of the trip and I was asking important information about the trip but didn’t get a reply for a day and a half. Then we get to the boat and out on the sea as we start to see the dolphins they then started chasing them around in there own habit and I was mislead my the pictures in which showed us swimming, kissing the dolphins but instead I felt so bad watching the dolphins being chased around. Once that had finished we then did snorkelling.. that was decent and a nice experience however felt quite unorganised.We returned and was being served food in which was not enjoyable at all so I did not eat however after we ate we was finished around 1 in which we could of made our way back to our hotels we was waiting around to the boat team to go round asking for tips to each individual person wasting to much time as everyone was tired and fed up of being on a boat with no air con and the sun was pouring down on us.I did not have a good experience however the 30minutes out of the 9 hour day on the boat was the most enjoyable part.

Dolphin Trip. What a laugh we had. Our pick up was on time and we arrived at boat in plenty of time. We first went to swim with dolphins. What an enjoyable experience with dolphins swimming inches away from you. Please be aware that you need to be a confident swimmer to be able to do this. However even if you stay on the boat there was a pod of 15 or so dolphins to observe, even when the swimming around had finished. We then went to a coral reef and snorkelling. All equipment is supplied if you do not have your own. Never underestimate the beauty of seeing the reef and all the fishes in their natural habitat. After dinner there was spare time for another snorkel over a different reef before play time on the sofa and banana boat. We had an excellent day, and this because of Luca and his crew. I recently went on an excursion for the Jeep Safari including quad-biking, buggy-riding, belly dancing and a village tour to Bedouin to do camel-riding, and me and my partner found it to be an absolutely fantastic, once in a lifetime experience!The pick up was bang on time, the English speaking guide was very helpful and informative and the whole day was well-run.I would recommend anybody to use this service if you want a fuss free, all-inclusive package and an unforgettable time.

READ!! Waited an hour for the pickup from the hotel. Transfer was prompt in responding to calls, but they said that the went to a different hotel with the same name, ugh.. What? And so the whole bus was held up. Bus drive to the boats was terrible. Its like the driver was falling asleep on the road swerving and speeding to make up for the time lost because of their stuff up so not a great start. If you want to snorkel bring your own equipment, dont rent from the local stores the condition of the equipment is horrible and for the price you can buy your own. You finally get on the boat and go to the first dive site, so they let half dive and half snorkel. The added plus was we didnt pay for snorkeling, but we did have to rent the equipment which was horrible so the experience of snorkeling was terrible. 2 dive sites 3 stops right. You get to the next dive site, the other half dive the other half snorkel.You get to the third dive site, no one dives. There is only 1 dive included so this is very misleading. If you live taking selfies and paddling in water this is for you. If you want to dive dont book this trip. The instructors were excellent. As they were doing their job. But they went beyond to provide the best experience for you they could so kudos to the instructors

Had a great day on the boat.. the dolphin experience was a bit rushed to be honest as they don’t hang around. There were several other boats at the site too, so I can only imagine that 15 people from each boat jumping in to swim with them at the same time might have been too much.. all round not a bad day with lunch and snorkelling a coral reef too. We paid £20 each with getyourguide which was a bargain considering that people on our boat had booked with hotel reps and paid £60 each! If you want to snorkel for free get a mask and snorkel from a nearby shop for £7 and hit your hotel beach as there are coral reefs all along the coast.

We enjoyed two activities with Egyptra: Safari Quad Bike and Snorkeling with Dolphins in Hurghada (9hour trip). The team is well organized and will fully deliver the services described. Just came back from this trip today and I can’t pick one with it. The staff were nice and friendly and made you feel at home right away. The boat was great with even a top sun deck. The two spot we stopped at were lovely and full of fish to see, one even had a boat wreck. Lunch to good and the hour on the island was more then enough.Great value for money would advice anyone to go.

It was a really great day. We had difficulties at the beginning. Our friends from another hotel were not picked up and Walid just went out of their way to pick them up. He even took the taxi costs. I am so grateful to him. Due to the situation we had good contact and it was very funny with him. he is simply the best guide, i am looking forward to the next year.

We booked swimming with dolphins and snorkeling tour. We were assigned to the crew of Al-Mansour. The crew were all really friendly and were there to ensure we had the best time and we definitely had a the best time. Our snorkeling guide Luca (Mohamed) was excellent he communicated with the various nationalities in their language. During the snorkeling he really looked after the inexperienced snorklers.The snorkeling was excellent we got to see beautiful coral and a whole wealth of tropical fish, it felt like we were in the set of finding Nemo.Seeing the majestic dolphins was magical and I got some amazing pictures. We had an option to swim along side the dolphins and a lot of the strong swimmers took up the opportunity.At the end of day we all got to go on an exhilarating banana boat ride and a sofa ride.Oh I forgot the lunch provided was delicious...all in all definitely recommended.

We did a one-day trip to Luxor, so we were aware that everything was going to be in a bit of a rush. But if you don’t have more time to visit the impressive city, this tour gives you a great introduction into the important sights. We were lucky to get Muhammed as our guide, who studied Egyptology and explained everything with such excitement that we wished he could’ve told us about ancient (and current) Egypt for another full day.The quality of the tour really depends on the quality of the guide and we couldn’t have wished for a better one.

The trip was out of this world!! The staff involved in the excursion were brilliant! Overall would really recommend this trip. Take mosquito repellent as boat due to heat was full of them. But dont let this put you off!! Loved every minute xx

The food and entertainment was better than our hotel!We also did the dolphin and snorkeling trip which would of been better had the weather been warmer. Would not recommend in the winter.

Great trip to Luxor! Saw everything stated but quite fast paced as they cram a lot in - worth it for the price if you want to see lots in one day! The journey is long but has stops along the way! Lunch was very good, similar to hotel! Tour guide was informative and friendly! They do take you to ‘informative’ places where you have the chance to spend money - some people are pushy but then that’s Egypt all over! All in all a good trip!

Booked dolphin trip for today and only got as far as our hotel gates. Transfer to Hurghada booked with Sebastiano never turned up. Waited nearly an hour in the cool morning breeze. Neither number answering calls or messages. Company got in touch later and rearranged the trip for Friday and offered to pay our transfers into Hurghada and back.The day out was very enjoyable with quite s few dolphins found. Friendly crew on the boat and very helpful.Good value for money

The day started with a 4am pickup and ended with a midnight drop off. 20 hours in total. Our day was great had a good guide that we called Mamma. He was passionate about his job. We went to the museum first then on a Nile cruise which we paid an extra £10 each for. The boat arrived at the restaurant and we were serenaded in with the band. Lunch was a hot/ cold buffet which was nice. Later in the afternoon we visited the awesome pyramids and the Syphix. The only draw back to the day was the visit to the perfume factory. Although it was not hard sell you felt awkward saying no. We ended up leaving without buying as I tried to haggle with the owner who was not happy. We were then picked up in a non tourist area of Giza which I can only describe as hell on earth. This was a mistake that the guide made as we should not as tourists been subject to what we saw. Even the police officer asked the guide what he was doing. We had a long journey back to Cairo airport as there had been an accident. On arrival at the airport we were told that our flight was now 21.30pm after we had been told 21.00. The flight was then delayed till 22,00We finally got back at midnight. All In allI’m great trip and the communication with the company was excellent.

We had an amazing trip on the boat. We made several stops and the crew was very friendly, the first one was on a island were we had te time to relax and swim. The second and third stop were near the reefs where you could view the beautiful sea life egypte has too offer. Its worth the trip, you even might spot some dolphins on the wat like we did.

Ive been with them to Luxor by bus and to Cairo by plane. Both trips were well organised, according to schedule, except a small delay at pickup when we went to Luxor, but that was probably due to the fact that they have to pick a lot o people from different hotels. The transfers were safe, bus confortable, the guides were brilliant, not only they knew a lot of history but they had a great sense of humour. We had lunch on both trips, buffet style, included in the price. No additional fees, only the boat trips, which are extra, but they are worthy. The guides kept us hassle free and explained a lot about the historical landmarks we saw.Totally recomended!!!

Great pick up service & transfers at the airport heading to Cairo where we were met with the best guide we could of asked for follow the black bag, guys! Will. Will was friendly & helpful, very knowledgeable and gave loads of advice. When it came for paying for extras on the tour Will happily sorted it for everyone making it easier for us. The negatives about the day are that its advertised as 14 hours & we were out for 21! We didnt know about the stop at the perfume place & werent very well informed about the return flights. We had a 3 hour wait at Cairo airport until our flight, which by then we were very tired & would of appreciated missing the perfume place to get an earlier flight. We left the pyramids at 5pm & our flight back to Hurghada wasnt until 9.30.

We booked for the Hurghada city tour, snorkeling, diving and also the safari experience and we were very happy with the overall outcome! They text you a little in advance to keep you informed of the pick up and main info which is great, the pick up happens right outside you hotel door and things are well planned. The cars/vans are in pretty good shape, you feel save and you can trust the teams looking after you! The best to plan your holidays while in Hurghada! :) Thank you

Very good service, the staff are very friendly. We booked the 7 hour safari and Bedouin village visit and it included a quad bike ride, dune buggy driving, camel riding a meal and entertainment in the evening for just £21 per person. All in all a brilliant day

We had a wonderful experience discovering Luxor and The Valley of the Kings yesterday on our Egyptra Travel tour. Communication before our trip to with the team was excellent, everything explained accurately and in a very helpful manner. Our driver arrived exactly on time in an excellent condition mini bus to pick us up from our hotel, and we felt very safe with him on the drive to and from Luxor. Our guide Hani was so enthusiastic and informative he made the tour very special for our small group of 7 English speakers. Our group paid the small optional charge of just £10 each extra to enjoy the boat trip on the Nile and it was well worth it.

The tour was great. The guide had a really good energy and he was always laughing. The price against the many things that we have done is great.The show is also amazing. Overall has been a beautiful safari and trip.

We went to desert safari ride with quad bike in the desert and near the beach. Everything was amazing. They picked us in time, were very nice and helped us in the.driving. They also took really cool photographs from us ! Totally recommend it

We did two trips both booked through get your guide prices were much lower than what we being offered in resort. The Giftun Island with snorkeling trip was excellent, superb boat very good lunch and good snorkeling guide. The only blemish was being charged a lot more for items on board when paying with local money than with euros.The other trip was a Hurghada city tour which we enjoyed but was chaotic to say the least we just laughed and let what happen, it started with a pick up being 20 minutes late and nothing from the guide to apologise we are not sure what happened but it seemed they messed up the pick ups in some way. The we drove the long way to Hurghada passing the desert but no mention of what was happening to anybody we did both churches the fruit market, then to the marina where we thought we had free time but it was a quick stroll. Then onto a fish market which was quite nice then it started to go a bit odd first we walked around a working boatyard which was to be honest fairly dangerous but OK. Then we were going shopping but stopped for an impromptu lunch, the guide trying to be helpful made things very confusing and tried to over charge us. After this we were taken to a non descript perfume shop where the guide became angry nobody wanted to go in. Next it was onto a papyrus shop and finally a big tourist shop. 6 hours after our 3 hour tour we got back to our hotel. We just laughed about it and thought it was odd, chaotic and strange experience and suspect a lot of it was not planned by the company but just added on by the guide and driver as a way to make extra money and some other guests were pretty angry about it all. In some ways it was a great day but only if you could laugh at it.

Great tour,Went snorkling and trip to giftun. Guides were outstanding and food was good en enough. Drinks were included, like water, cola, fanta, 7up etc. We even stopped to see the dolphins on the way to giftun. Snorkling was good, some nice spots, although a bit busy.

The quad biking and Bedouin village was a fantastic family day out. The dune buggy and quads were excellent. The kids loved the 🐫 ride. And the village was interesting. The guide was full of knowledge. The food was lovely and great entertainment

I did the Giftun snorkelling trip, I cannot recommend this trip enough! The value for money is staggering! I was nervous to get in the water but I had the best help, one to one help, I felt safe the whole time. There was also life jackets and lots of help from attentive staff. I saw incredible coral, fish and jelly fish the glowed. There was a lovely buffet and the crew could not do enough to make me happy, I even got a selfie with the Captain. The boat was lovely, the atmosphere relaxed. There was also a photo service. The captain, mohammed, ahmed, ashraf and all the others were outstanding. Do this trip and tip them generously, its worth it 🐟💕

Everything was very well organised and as described. We booked a diving tour and the diving sites, the equipment, the guides and the food was good.The only thing I would advice for future dives would be different size scuba masks so the dive doesn’t get ruined by too small, leaking masks. So if possible just bring your own.

I don’t normally write reviews but I thought the excursion crew and Getyourguide company really deserve some positive reviews. Went on the 1 day Giftun island boat excursion in Hurghada Egypt and everything about the trip was perfect - the boat is modern and clean, there was continuous supply of drinks and snacks and lunch was delicious, the island was beautiful with crystal clear water, there was amazing coral reefs and fishes to see. The crew was well organised but also fun and friendly and made sure everyone had a great time.There was an accident on the boat when the photographer, whilst he was taking photos of me, accidentally dropped my glasses into the sea. They were very expensive glasses and I am very shortsighted therefore completely blind without my glasses so I was initially very upset. However the crew immediately apologised and promised to take me to an optician after the trip to get me a pair of new glasses. During the snorkelling trip, I was carefully guided by Mostafa who held my hands and took me to the most beautiful coral reefs with swarms of colourful tropical fishes. The crew also gave me a free USB of the photos and videos so I could watch them back. Finally after the trip, Mostafa and Sebastien (manager of Getyourguide) took us by taxi to a good quality optician and I was allowed to choose whatever I wanted. They were able to supply me with glasses with the correct prescription 1hr later.This incident almost completely ruined my holiday but I was extremely impressed by how the crew and the company handled the incident. They were very professional and ensured that I went home that evening with a new pair of glasses so I could atleast see and enjoy the rest of my holiday. Whilst I am sad that I lost my favourite pair of glasses, I do understand that it was an accident and the photographer was only trying his best to take nice photos. Therefore despite what has happened, I have given this trip 5 star review and has already booked another excursion with Getyourguide. If you want a great trip with people who genuinely looks after you and to the best of their ability try to ensure you enjoy the trip - please don’t hesitate to book this excursion!

Me and my family did the day trip to Giftun Island and straight away the entire crew on board were welcoming and helpful. As we set off for the day our guide Walid, welcomed us and told us our safety information as well as making sure we were all happy and ready for the amazing and adventurous day ahead. Straight away he made us feel welcomed and was really funny. Once we had arrived at Giftun island, we were free to relax, swim and explore the island for an hour - for all of which our guide Walid was always making sure we were having an amazing time and safe. After we’d gone back on the boat we stopped for snorkeling in the sea which again our guide was very helpful and insightful about all the fish additionally making sure as a group we all had the best experience possible.Overall, this excursion was by far my favourite part of our trip to Hurghada and would like to thank all the crew on board but especially our guide Walid for making it an unforgettable day. Definitely would recommend this trip and hope to do it again in the future.

The trip to Cairo was great! The trip was well organised and the company makes sure that they keep you updated with WhatsApp messages. It was much cheaper than all the quotes I got for the same experience whilst I was out there. BARGAIN!! The tour guide was great she is the main reason for the 5 stars. Just heading back from our fantastic day trip to Cairo. We were sceptical, as we only paid around €65 euro online, and everywhere else wanted to charge double. But it’s been brilliant! Great communication from the organisers. A small bus picked us at 3am (we slept all the way to Cairo). This was better than a large coach, where you spend ages waiting for people to get on/off. As the only 2 english speakers, we had a personal tour guide. Spent plenty of time at the pyramids, plus sphinx and museum. We also did a short boat ride on the Nile for 10euro. Last stop is at a perfume shop where they try and sell to you. Just say no at the end - its all part of the experience.Note: get the hotel to make you a breakfast box to take with you. Its probably free, they all do it. Bonus!

We were having great time with the both diving (24 Apr) and snorkeling (25 Apr) tours at Hurghada. The lunch was yummy even though same menu for the both days. The boat crews were so energetic and professional. Special thanks to Mr Zidan (diving) and Mr Asher (snorkeling).The sea water is so crystal blue 💙. This service is amazing! I’ve booked with them the first time , and the service they have provided was fantastic, all the tour guides were lovely they created a separate WhatsApp group as this shows how organise they are! I will surely recommend to book with this company of you come to Egypt. Within any journeys more than 10 hours you will always be tierd the car they have provided us, amazing as the AC was on point and so was everyone else!

Best value day out Ive had on any holiday. 25km ride on quad bike through desert was amazing. somehow Included in price was a camel ride shisha pipe and pick up drop off from hotel. Excellent service and half the price of local excursion sellers

We booked a trip from Hurghada to luxor through the platform get your guide and called egyptra to confirm the trip for the next day, It was 6.30pm. The man on The phone assured us that we would be picked up the next morning at 4.30am.That morning, my girlfriend and I were waiting in Front of the hotel for an hour... No one came. After trying to reach them 20 times ourself, We had a call from the company at noon. Saying : you booked too late, we are all humans and we need to sleep. After wasting one the last days of our holidays, they offered us a snorkeling trip instead of the guided tour to luxor. We went with the company FTS Travels which organises trips on behalf of Aegypten Ausfluege instead and they were very punctual. If you dont feel like wasting your day, choose another company than Egyptra. My mistake, I should have checked reviews before booking cause it seems like we were not the only one that had to deal with their incompetence. Shoukran

Best Trip Ever, Had an Amazing Time. Best Trip for my birthday, got to see the pyramids and ride a camel. Guide and drivers were very friendly and kind always making sure everything was alright and everything was fine. The customers value was at heart. Good tips on how to avoid street sellers and basic info no one tells you about Egypt. Also great information on cheap souvenirs. I booked this from GetYourGuide, everything was above expectation. The staff and diver were really helpful, kind and patient. The food was better than expected. I would recommend to book this trip. One downfall was the pickup delay. The driver was half an hour late .

Excellent tour!!! Perfect since the logistics to the places where they took us to visit and excellent points for snorkelling. They provided us a quite testy lunch, beverages and fruit. Completely enjoyable and very good price for money. Highly advisable.

We had an excellent day snorkelling and visiting Giftun Island. Pick up was on time. We were made to feel very welcome on the boat, and the staff were very friendly and eager to assist everyone. The two times we spent snorkelling a complete joy. The first was led by Mohammed, who was there to assist anyone who felt uneasy. Lifejackets are available for those who are not confident swimmers. My partner used a lifejacket and she was in her element swimming around with this added support. The second chance to snorkel is a free swim. The lunch was very good and filling. Refreshments are available on board for free. Giftun Island was nothing special.Enjoyable day.

Amazing day out on the Red Sea. The whole team was friendly and couldnt have done more to make the day brilliant. They gave lots of clear instructions when it came to swimming with the dolphins and when snorkeling over the coral reef. Thank you for making our day so memorable 😊

Great trip! Well organised. Good food, the beach in Giftun nice, but no so much snorkeling there. But the other places out of the boat pretty cool. The crew cheerful! Recommended.

Booked day trip to Luxor. Punctual pick up at the hotel. Overall very well organized and delivered what was promised. Better take some money with you as there could be things you were not informed upfront while booking (e.g. the guide at Luxor will offer you a short ferry trip on the Nile to the lunch place instead of minibus transportation, 50 cents for every toillette visit, drinks etc). Highlight of the day was a visit of a alabaster factory... sooo entertaining workers and great team morale, highly recommend to experience!!!One comment to drivers of the minibus: put the clients first! They didnt pay attention to air conditioning during the trip untill we alerted them, reckless and scary driving (being safe is more important than being on time!).

We were on the dolphin snorkeling and we enjoyed it a lot! We really saw dolphins and nice dishes and got to go to banana boat and an air sofa thing :D There was also enough time just be and enjoy :) Food was also food and Mario and his crew were nice and professional :)

We had a wonderful divingtour and a great trip to Cairo with this organisation. The guide, drivers and instructors are relaxed and help you out when needed. We enjoyed our time :D!

We went for delphine cruise with my kid 7y.There is no snorkling equipment for kids, so its good to have your own.The delphine part was quite weird, there were many boats circled the 2 delphines and a lot of people in the sea, also a lot of shouting. My kid thought that they were hounting the delphines, and was quite upset.The boat was nice, do take your own wc paper with you.The lunch was tasty aswell, and the crew were nice.I can recommend this with a bit older kids and warmer time of the year.My kid did got some stomach bacter from the trip, and got quite sick. I didnt get nothing so it was maybe from the sea, becouse we had the same food etc.Take warm clothes, it was windy:)

We done the Luxor: Valley of the Kings trip.Highlights: all the sights we visited were incredible, our driver was fantastic and our tour guide Mohammed (I hope I spelled this correctly) was PHEONOMONAL. He was a box of knowledge and a great storyteller, the trip wouldnt of been the same without himDownfalls: I didnt mark down a star because I still had a trip of a lifetime. However there was a lot of extra charges on the trip that we werent informed about. You had to pay to take pictures in the tombs, pay extra to see tutankhamen tomb, the Nile boat (was optional), I felt that these charges were justified but none of the group brought enough money. Everyone felt worried throughout the day in fear there was another charge we couldnt afford. Also if you stay in Sahl Hasheeh there is an extra charge on the day of 200LE not a lot but it adds up and unfortunately deminished the tip for the guide.

We are completely ridiculous when it comes to hunting for the best value, spent way too long on it, but weve found it. These guys are fantastic, booking all our trips through them while here. Get on their website and book up, fear not booking ahead before you get here, its great! Love the WhatsApp messages with pickup times, though the will probably turn up early, so...be there before it!Great work egyptra travel!

The tour itself was very well organised! Our guide Will was very nice, helpfull and informative. Big thanks to him. The only thing - the lunch place and food was terrible!! We came as a last group and there were almost no choise, plates were dirty. I would rather pay more or have an option to buy food by myself then be all day hungry. There must be somewhere a stop to buy some water or snacks.

It was a very nice trip with a wonderful crew in the boot. Two snorkeling station were amazing. The lunch was delicious. The island Giftun is very beautiful, but a little bit crowd.

Really great day out with Mario and his team. They are fun but clearly know exactly what theyre doing, so you know youre being looked after. My OH is not a confident swimmer and panicked in the water during the first jump at dolphin house. Mario immediately halted the jump (sorry everyone else!) to take him back to the boat and make sure he was alright. They were so good and kind, we really appreciated it. Fortunately, on the second jump, we did get to spend time with a small pod of dolphins and it was magical! One particularly curious one came so close, we were two feet apart, if that!The reefs were much bigger than I had expected and there were so many fish!! I wish I could remember them all. We saw flute fish, moon wrasse, broom-tailed wrasse, blue spotted sting ray, coal hind (I think), angel fish... A lot of fish. The visibility was excellent and I just wish Id had an underwater camera. (Although a cameraman comes with you on the trip and you can pay for the video or a cd of the pics, which are €15 each.)The lunch was delicious (Im vegan, which I hadnt bothered to tell anyone before the trip, but there was still plenty for me to eat and it tasted delicious! Tomato pasta, tagine style veg, spiced rice, salads... Nice and filling after swimming. There was also fish and beef on the menu and possibly lamb kofta.The one downside! The loos have no paper and do not flush! Bit grim.We went at the end of February and warm clothes to wrap up in werent totally needed but very nice to have! So Id recommend bringing something cosy. This trip was great value for money. It was not crowded, even though there were about 20 of us on the trip. Id recommend it. Im actually tempted to go again.

Went yesterday to Luxor and had a fantastic trip. Bring your camera with you! If you are prepared with small banknotes (eur, usd or egp) everything is ok. Mind the fact that if you want, for extra 12 usd/10 eur you can take a 1h trip with the boat on the Nile. Everywhere people charge you for toilet and water, so have some money prepared. Although the trip is tiresome, everything was ok.

Well loved the quad trip it was great, all the kids enjoyed staff great! Turned up on time, my boy is 9 and as his own quad the instructor even let him drive his quad with him on the back! Would definitely do again Tonie.

Today was great! We had morning quad bike in dessert and it was awsome!! We liked the team, the sun, and the camels :)! The only bad thing was the windy day and too much dust came in our mouth :))! Thank you for this great experience :) we will recomand you to our friends

You have to do this, one time in your life! The guides/coaches are wonderful to the animals, and i am happy about it that that they are able to stop people wo thinks the dolphins are smart pets for hugging.. Lovely and absolutely friendly.. Nice!

Our experiences with this company during our last week in Hurghada was pretty good. However, they really need to instil into their local guides that they should conform to our cultural understanding, not us have to adapt to theirs. The vast majority of their clients are European and we should get European service. Europeans expect to be picked up on time, not wait at least half an hour in the cold waiting for a bus. Also, I dont expect to take a 5-hour ride to Luxor, then have the guide (on commission, naturally) try to take me to a papyrus shop and an alabaster shop. We got away with it after heartily complaining, but they will ty it. Bring some German efficiency to the enterprise, and itll be excellent. Overall the impression was favourable, but the laissez-faire Egyptian attitude to organisation and time-keeping grated on me a bit. If I wanted to be messed about, Id have booked with a real Egyptian company.

Booked two trips with them and organisation was fine! Trip with submarine was little bit disappointing but that was not to blame on the organisation of egypt travel. Trip to Giftun was great, despite of my boyfriend feeling sick of the big waves on the ocean. All together we could recommand egypt travel to other tourists

Me and my husband opted for a day trip to Luxor through Egyptra. The day started off with pick from hotel at 5:15am. Then about 5hr drive to Luxor. We visited the Karnak Temple, Valley of Kings, Valley of Queen, Memsis ruins and also had a small Nile cruise before lunch( which was 10$/person extra). The package was indeed great when compared to other agencies both experience wise and expenses wise. One star reduced only because they mentioned travel in a bus instead we had to travel in a mini bus which made the trip tiring. Other than that both of us thoroughly enjoyed the services and would recommend it to everyone opting for a Luxor trip. Happy tripping!

Bus trip to Luxor was exhausting,only one stop on the way there and back. Timetables were quite strick; there wasnt hardly any information about schedule. There was way too little time at Karnak, because it is a huge area. However the tour was great, our tour guide was an amazing egyptolist who spoke really good English and told lot of interesting facts. Everybody was very friendIy. Lunch was also delicious, but too short time to eat it. Watch out for any souvenir sellers and remember to bargle 😉. Anyway the tour was worth it. PS. There wasnt any chance to buy any alcohol during the trip, my husband would like to have some bier😄

Turned up on time, really enjoyed the tour. They checked with us the night before the pick up time, everything ran smoothly all day and was a good price compared to other tour operators. Highly professional and a great company to book with.

Like to say first of the experience Is unreal i would recommend to anyone to do this, however I had problem in the morning with the time they gave me. I got told to be down stairs in the lobby at 8:45 waited there for 1 hour and 30 minutes before I started to try and contact the people I booked it with. Took some time but when they message me back they said he waiting down stairs at 8- 45 minutes earlier then expected. Was very very annoyed because they did not message me saying they were coming early. But after an hour of messaging with women called Anna she kindly said do I want to do later on or tommrow. I agreed to later that day with correct time and they showed up. But after all that confuseing and time, I got there and was totally worth got greated so nicely by the people. There was a man called George he was fantastic tell everything you need to know about driving through the desert and safely of everything. I had man called nasa brilliant man English wasn’t the best but tried his best with ever conversation we had, made me laugh so many times.100% recommend it but after you book message the people to see of the time is correct so you don’t get the same problem as me.

We buy Safari with atv. Very beautiful experience. You need sunglasses and scarves. If you do not have them pricked from the organizers at a great price. Frendly & attentive staff. They explained how to manage the atvs. In the middle of the destination you can ride camels, drink tea and smoke nargiley. At the end you can buy the pictures and the movie for 15 euros. Their quality is very poor. Everything was wonderful! Recommended!

We booked an excursion to giftun island. Finally they cancelled because the island was full and military didnt allow sail theboat to the island.We couldnt snorkel and waste the day to the hotel because they didnt offer any option to do that day.

Went on a flying day trip from Hurghada to Cairo. Seen museum, pyramids, sphinx and loads more. Was a long day but we had a great guide (mamdua, sorry about spelling) with get your guide. He is so passionate about his culture and job he really made the trip a great day out. Thank you.

Made a quad tour today in the desert of Hurghada. So worth your money! Don’t forget a scarf and a ski-glasses in case you have that against the sand of the desert, you need it ;) If you’re lucky, you don’t have that many people in your group which drive slowely, because their quads can go really fast if you pull the gasspeddle completely open for 30 sec. Going back tomorrow for a privat tour :)

Excellent trip. However they need to improve the comunication with their clients. They sent an email tell in me that they will collect me at 7.20 instead 8.00 but they dont think that maybe the people not have internet to log in, like my case. Also as I didnt read the email I spend 1h and £10 trying to contact them because no body came. At the end they relocate me for the next day but I booked and pay for spanish guide and was all the trip in English.
