There is no waiting list which is one of the good sides to this. Overall the steak dishes are okay but not special in any way. I loved there mashed potatos but I once received a well done steak while I wasnt asked for the cooking to begin with and they refused to take it back. A very chilled and lay back place if you dont mind having your steak slightly overcooked. I would not visit again to be honest.

The atmosphere and the service was goodthe food was good but I didnt like the steak so muchI thought It would be more like a normal cutted meat i didnt like the form in the picture it was small, not tender enough , overpriced for the quality and the amount of food

The place is good but the rates are extremely high and very expensive.I had a comments on several dishes (chicken soup was not without chicken, we order 2 plates and the portions were different).The staff was waiting close to us to notice when we finish our plates in order to remove it, which seems unprofessional.

I visited this branch 20/9/2021 and I was shocked with the extreme degradation of the food quality compared to the previous visit during march 2021 !!The soup was so light and not even well heated ....The burger wasnt well done and the bread wasnt freshEven the veal fillet was not OK

Food was good, not the greatest but good.The 3 stars since my wife told me the womens WC had problems with its sinks and faucets was broken apart.The dinning area is romantic and cosy.

Paper thin ribeye and even though it was pretty rare was as tough as shoe leather and it was supposed to be imported beef. Skip this place.

I will only add to the numerous negative reviews to the place - which unfortunately I missed before coming with the family to dine.Few observations to share:- we ordered 2 lemonades for the kids, they came in 2 glasses of different shapes and sizes (!).- the cutlery on the table were of different shape (3 different shapes of knives). Only one steak knife on the table- the menu is full of veal platters. As we tried to order it we were told there is no veal ‘in Egypt’ because it is illegal now (!!).- I ordered a large grilled steak (375gm) - the picture on the menu was so mouth watering. The actual platter was half the size and the meat was neither grilled nor fresh. The texture was close to a heavily boiled meat which was then put on a grill then into a freezer ready to be microwaved and served. I truly think this is how it was doneDefinitely not a return and would not recommend anyone I care about to dine in.

So this my second time there in a week. I was of course discouraged by the negative reviews, but for many reasons, I decided to go TWICE. The appetizers and the sides are ok, but let me talk about the star. I ordered a medium steak out fillet, and it came medium, which is not common in Cairo. The meat looks, tastes and smells fresh. It was tender and cooked to perfection To be honest, I did not have such good meat in some of the more famous and luxarious places in cairo in which you have rubbish steak for more than double what I paid in steakout. And again to my surprise, it was the same quality during my second time. The people are really friendly and smiley there. So thank you for two perfect pieces of meat during my short stay in Cairo.

Service quality is good and fast.. Place was nice and quiet.. The quality of the main dish was very good.. brownies was nice.. Found one Plat not clean.. Didnt like seafood soup it was very bad choice.. Sweet corn not that good

Thier steak isnt that good, it doesnt have a taste, appetizers were the best thing. Took a crispy chicken sandwich, the bread was dry and the chicken was more crispy than it should be.

A nice place to eat out it seem to cool and their interior decor is nice . Yummy steak with excellent service , staff was friendly and food was awesome , alot bit expensive but it is very good restaurant overall .I will be returning back to have steak and spaghetti again .
