I would not recommend purchasing a property from Misr Italia. I have had a dreadful experience with this company. Before I paid my deposit, the communication was very good however since I have paid my deposit, I have chased this company numerous times over past two months for my contract to no avail. Lots of false promises. Very unprofessional and I am seeking legal advice to pursue for costs and damages. Please be careful when buying property from this company.
