Nice place, I tried a classical guitar there, in fact fantastic equipment, also I tried two PA active Yamaha speakers, 12 inch, sound amazing, sound pressure level 134 dB I think.They treat you very well, and the store in a very cool area and quiet, you have a wide place to park your car, anyway amazing experience.

Good collection of instruments and high quality. Yamaha original instruments. Nice staff offering full knowledge about the available models. They have a facebook page with very quick responses for any questions. It is better to shortlist your models before going there. Also they offer online purchasing and delivery.

Friendly staff, good service, nice collection of products, especially the guitars and pianos, although their collection of soundbars, speakers and other audio devices are a little poor. No parking spaces to be found in sight although you wont have to wonder too far. Id recommend passing the store and parking on the other side of the street.

Yamaha is all about quality sound, music, piano and the showroom is fit for a live demo, ambient music, punch and guess what? It even offers Dolby Atmos, but none of it there!Incredibly disappointing to walk into a Yamaha showroom only to find staff, experienced and courteous, but doing all the sales pitch in theory. No test drive!The four-star rating should really bog down to two!

Surprisingly nice store and confident staff for a brand so famous and yet so neglected on the local market in Egypt. I guess youre asking yourself about the enigmatic opening (surprisingly)! The answer is in the fact that Yamaha should have a nice store even though its poorly marketed and (now that is why it gets only 4 stars) the showroom does have ANY demo, live show or hands-on experience offered. Really disappointing, especially when it only takes a minute to hook a soundbar to a screen or TV set.

If you have a musical hobby...this place will help you...

My go to place for sound. They have the best monitors, sound bars and home theater systems. Staff are friendly and informative! Very underrated in Egypt as their products are superior to anything else on the market in the same price range. I got a full 5.1 system and a sound bar from them that would walk circles around anything from Sony or Bose. 10/10.

Fancy Music Shop. Just baught a beginner piano from there. They have the latest equipment released from Yamaha.The sales rep was nice. He didnt have much knowledge about music but he was nice :).The shop needed some dust cleaning.

A very good place to buy any Yamaha musical instruments. Theyre the oldest (and maybe the only) official retailer for Yamaha in Egypt. I bought my Digital Piano Clavinova CLP-575 from there and they delivered it to my doorstep. They also offer repair services. The only thing that I dont like about them is the staff friendliness...they should be more welcoming towards their customers. They also give much more attendance to their female customers. I noticed this more than once during different visits !!
