YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO COMPLAINI picked this hotel because of the nice profile image and good reviews on WiFi in booking.com. The nice image is not part of the hotel, its 100m away and the WiFi is so slow that cannot open any web page. As i had to work with my laptop I had to buy a $10 data package. After 1 hour that i was in the room the manager and other two guys forced their way inside the room and requested me to pay immediately. I said that i was finishing some work, plus i wanted to check if i could have the $10 i pay for internet back. The manager aggressively intimidated me YOU HAVE TO PAY NOW.If you stay there remember: if the images are fake, WiFi or anything else doesnt work, its your problem not theirs, you just have to pay. Firstly the price is very expensive compared to the service and location.Secondly, I arrived late and asked for my bottle of water for the day I arrived, and the employee refused and told me tomorrow, God willing, the morning I will give it to you, and the morning will not need it.Third, the location on the map is not correct.Fourth, the handling is not comfortable in the place.
