Because of COVID, my dad and I are stuck outside of Egypt and the rest of my family are in Egypt. My 54-year-old dad used flowermad website twice to order flowers to be sent to my mom. The costumer service has been amazing ! I have arranged for flowers to be sent to my mom in Egypt a night before & although I had issues with the PayPal payment & had to make the transaction again using a credit card; they were swift to confirm the second payment and issued a full refund of the first PayPal payment; which they received 10 days after the original payment. They even sent me a screenshot confirming the refund !My mum loved the flowers, they were all fresh and nicely cut & arranged. She even changed her WhatsApp picture to the flowers, that’s how much she loved it 🥰The communication was easy & straightforward using WhatsApp & made it possible for me to send the flowers all the way from Saudi. I don’t know the name of the person in charge of the WhatsApp account but whoever it is they are really great !The delivery guys were on time on the day of the delivery and very professional.
