I don’t recommend buying tickets from TicketsMarche especially that once paid you won’t be able to change a bit of it or get any refund, even if you made a mistake and want to change it after a minute of purchasing! Very poor service level! Not recommended at all!

I was served in few minutes, people were fine, yet the location is not clear and the sign is visible.They require to check the credit card used for payment before handing over the ticket.

I’m having the worst customer experience with Ticketsmarche… to disregard the fact that you have to print tickets you purchased online from their outlets and when returned, they have to be physically brought back; after I’ve done that 2 months ago I kept calling on a weekly basis to check for my refund and each time they said we’ll call you back, and then I finally got a call back 45 days later to inform me I have been refunded and it will take 14 days to show up in my account. Today, after 15 working days I got nothing and when you call their customer care they have no clue what’s going on and can’t get you to a manager.Not to mention the fact that they don’t respond to emails or their WhatsApp number.Terrible!

The place is calm and the staff are usually helpful and smiling.For those who never went before, the sign is a bit small and it is not lit. Then you will go through a corridor then take your left through another corridor to find a closed for and a sign that tells you to go backwards a bit to find the ringing bell button.The service is smooth there and the air-conditioning is on if the weather is hot in the streets. You can also see posters of other events going on during the period, which encourages you to attend more events.

Terrible! You pay and you have to make a trip to one of their partners which are completely out of your way with basicly all your papers, this is just insane and over complicated for no reason! Just send the ticket in email like a normal ticket office!crayz

THEY ARE THE WORST! I HAVENT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK FROM AMR DIAB’S LAST CONCERT WHICH WAS BEFORE THE QUARANTINE STARTED UNTIL NOW! AND I TRY CALLING THEM EVERYDAY AND NO ONE ANSWERS! AND THEY USED TO REPLY TO MY MESSAGES ON MESSENGER AND THEN THEY STOPED REPLYING AT ALL AFTER READING MY MESSAGES!!!

They sell tickets to some of the most decent shows in Town, and the staff in this branch is very friendly. However, some of their events are poorly orgnaized. For example, the upcoming Disney Show (26h Sept 2018) tickets were all sold out in 30 secs, which doesnt make sense...afterwards...turns out they cancelled this day. Also, they said the event will take place starting from 26th Sept till 6th Oct...yet only tickets from 26 till 29 are available on sale. Thats not the first time such things happen. They also cancel a lot of their events with ultra-short notices (a day/same day timespan) with poor ways of refunding !!
