First, I went there to collect my mothers X-ray results, and despite I repeated to the reception staff her name three times, they still gave me a wrong file for another patient, and discovered the mistake once reached home. Secondly, on same day, I had kidney stone and went there to do the scanning, and then the reception staff insisted that i can not have both the report and x-ray films so I can show them both to my doctor.. I only have to get one thing only.. I told them what if I wanted the report as additional requirement, they still insisted on their opinions. I was astonished from their attitude and the workplace policies. It is a common sense and a very known fact worldwide that the patient is entitled to have both the scan results and reports since I already paid for them.. This was really outrageous!!!

This is the worst radiology center i have ever dealt with. My husband had an mri done there 8 days ago . Still no results. Their call center has no information on the cases and they tell you to call the next day to see if its ready and then they finally told us to come and pick up results last night at 11 pm . So we go in the morning to pick it up and its still not ready. It turns out they only have one doctor dr Rasha and she comes on tuesdays and wednesdays only and that yesterday tuesday she wasnt there and hopefully she will come today. So if she doesnt we have to wait another week.They are very unprofessional, i dont know why the specialist dr sent us there. I hope this gets to the owners so that they know what kind of people work in their facility.I just wish they had a zero star for rating so that i dont give them one star.Very unprofessional.
