Clean and tidy place and also the security there is paying too much attention to the kids

Although I prefer this branch as it is the only one not in a mall in the region, but the display of cloth and the shelves arrangements are very confusing and not easy to find what you need, also the staff there definitely needs more trading Im handling customers is a better response

One of the good branches for H&M, not large as cairo festival but still has variety of items and its an organized and neat one.

My favourite shopping store. Always find what you need reasonable prices specially in sale. Changed their policy and now giving refunds instead of El Shaya card excellent approach to increase customers. Stay away from some sale items because they are old and stored for a long time which makes the fabric cut with the first wash.

A store that you can find every piece of clothes you need (men, women and kids wear) not all of pieces in super high quality (Prices is a by higher comparing to quality)No restroom in large space two floor shop is a very negative point for parents as kids always surprise u lol.People working there are nice and friendly.Good location.Parking a round is not an issue even in weekends.

Wrong prices on items.False stolen items alarm when getting out with purchased items.Will never ever be back to this store again.My advice to everyone, better go to a shop which respects its customers. Not to fool them. Not to accusethem and panic them specially when they accompany kids with false and wrong stealing alarms.

Cashiers lack customer service.. Its really simple---- smile at your customer make him/her feel welcome. Everyones angry..

I love the place coz its not crowded and feels cozy but it has 2 main disadvantages: no electric stairs for the upper floor and they dont have the new plus size department.

So lovely! They have 70% sale now ( as for February 2019). You can find kids, women and men cloth for different price range starting from 200 EGP.

Not easy to get help in the store. However the store has a good collection as its not in a mall. Finding a parking isnt much of a problem.

No system to check for item availability. Poor quality control in many branches as if your entering an outlet & majority of the stuff are not helpful.You Cant compare it to any of h&m branches not even those in the middle east.

The Roxy branch is devoid of professional staff. I met a supervisor who is not care with the customers and not behaving well. To be fare there was a good girl who feels sorry and regrets to me for the behavior of that supervisor.

Very poor quality clothing all made in china with high not reasonable prices even the clothes don’t have the brand name on it which means it is just distributer for many many poor quality manufacturers from China so you will never ever get the same quality every time you buy your itemsMy advice don’t get any thing from that place not more than a socks if you have to.

Wonderful sevice, clothes are in amazing order, quite music and beautiful atmosphere, prices are high af thou-i am sooo going there again 🎸👀

H&M in Egypt is very bad ... Theres no special offers for members , they didnt care about their costumers
