Very bad food the chicken was not hot and oily, tge chicken was nkt fresh too and got me stomachs. My order was not right and I have went to check it with them twice. It was my first time and i think its the last time.

This is a recently open fast food restaurant, that offers chicken products, the menu is not large to have variety.The sandwich is big bread but not the filling is small in respect to the bread size.The potato came with no salt... And there wasnt any table serving or table item (salt, paper or ketchup)..The chair were very annoying and discomfort.As a whole it has a small value for the money.

What a terrible service!! Nobody could speak english its ok because as a traveller I can point at what I want and order. But they kept laughing for 3 minutes and not serious about getting the order right. After I paid, a girl in pink shirt ( in charge of the place) kept asking me my order. She doesnt speak english so why ask? When I replied she dont understand either. Got my order number and waited. My number appeared with my order on a tray and I went to collect. The same girl in pink shirt ask me to wait. Why?? It was ready?? Then another guy called me to say yes its mine. So bad service! Kept going back and forth.The burger was very dry and cold. Not even a squirt of mayoinaise. Jusy salad, the burger meat and buns. Fries was ok.Used the toilets. Was clean. Very long queue. When my turn came, the same girl in pink shirt started knocking the toilet door to hurry up .Wow! Bad service wont recommend this place.

Had terrible meal on Thursday!The chicken was cold and probably not fresh and they tried to hide that with so much onions in the sandwich.. worse experience ever in so long it’s really sad that this branch is now ruined.. I was very hungry that I ate the sandwich but I’m 100% not going there ever again! Terrible food quality!

The place is nice and the location as well, they are one of the best fried chicken and I went cheesey on the fries and it was delicious the staff are very friendly and decent try them and prices are very reasonable

Not a good experience to dine in at all. Slow/delayed food serving, very noisy place (mostly from staff shouting at each other). Food taste has degraded over time compared to when they opened few years ago. Besides portions have decreased while prices increased.

That thing takes the cake for the best fried chicken in Egypt. Even though its more expensive than competition in its same bracket, its still cheaper (and tastier) than KFC. Those guys are only getting better.

Not the exceptional fried chicken nor the chicken strips. The pricing is reasonable and tastes decent. Good fries. For a comparison the chicken and strips taste the same as heart attacks chicken but the burgers of kansas are superior. Just dont expect anything amazing.

The food tastes good. The prices are not too high however not much cheap either. The portions are good regarding the price. The downside is that sometimes you have to wait a long time up to half an hour to get your food.Not the best place to eat if you’re in a hurry.Otherwise definitely worth a try.

The spicy Fried Chicken this place serves is some of the best spicy fried chicken you can order to your home atleast in this part of Cairo. The non-spicy chicken isnt very good however and tastes very average so I suggest you only order spicy chicken from this place.

Very bad experience.. after waiting almost 30 minutes sandwich and fries were cold and waiting again 15 min to get another cold one then 15 min to get hot one

I like it.- But what concerns the most, is the food. So lets write down some negatives:1- Non smiling staff. Not helpful. Not even listening or answering or looking at you immediately.2- At peak hours, staff announce that orders will be ready after 90mins. What kind of Fast Food is ready after 90mins!!3- If you dont know what is included in your meal, youll miss a lot.4- No salt or pepper is reserved on the table. The place is relatively packed because of its excellent location and nice décor. Food and beverages are average and compare poorly with other fast food restaurants.Prices are within the average, but customer satisfaction is of second concern obviously!

Do not have a very big variety in the orders, but they are better than KFC in that. the decorations of the place is modern and nice. they are following the industrial interior designs and actually it fits them. the place is crowdy always and not always clean enough but the staff is helpful always

The taste is always amazing.However, for the billionth time, we have to wait for a long time (almost an hour for just double 4 pieces meal in my case) only to find out that the order is missing something. This time it was missing 2 strips pieces, half a meal. This was a takeaway order, and you can only imagine how i felt when i went home and started to open their boxes.Another incident is when we got different order than the one we wanted. It was for a 16 pieces meal (8 pieces and 8 strips) and ended up with 13 pieces. We were eating indoors at that time, and complaining didnt solve anything.Basically, this place would be awesome if the people there know what theyre doing.

Long waiting and disappointing resultsWorst fried chicken experience in a long time.After a 15 minutes wait -apparently their fryer is busted but no one mentioned except the server that brought our food- the chicken is extremely dry and devoid of any seasoning.It wasnt even during a rush hour. There were literally two other couples in the restaurant.The drinks came with no drinking straws and only one napkin and wet wipe.To their credit. The fries were super crispy and fresh. But it was that regular French fries brand everyone serves.definitely NOT coming back.

The fried Chicken was good, the rizo also but the barbeque sauce was a bit too much, the manger was nice, next time will try out the sandwiches. And the normal fries was meh.

Food and place are very bad

The place is getting worse, and theyre doing nothing about it.Its crowded all the time now, chicken and fries are oily, oh and today I ordered cheesy waffles and the waffles turned out to be thick fried potatoes, may be I didnt get it at first but, it said waffles in the menu

At the beginning, my friends and I were OBSESSED with the place. However with time the quality keeps deteriorating, and their delivery service is THE WORST.Tried to order one time, they had me call 2 branches and rotate because they were confused which area belongs to which branch. Wed still visit their Korba branch once in a blue moon to reminisce the memories.

Better than KFC . Large portion of chicken , and side dishes. Theres so many people there and the place is kind of small for a good place like that. Sometimes, theres a lot of flies around.

Very slow serving orders

Do you remember what KFC used to taste like 10 years ago? If yes, then you will probably feel as nostalgic as I do when eat at Kansas Fried chicken. The chicken is too good to pass up. Every option in the menu tastes different, and better even than KFC today. The variety of options in the menu isn’t huge but it is bigger than KFC and other restaurants. The prices are not very high or low. The place is quite nice. It is divided into two spaces, one indoor and one which used to be outdoor but was sealed off. Either spaces are nice and clean, so I can recommend this place with a good conscience.

Unprofessional stuff. Fried checken was tasty but bread was not fresh and i returned it back, it was surprising that they took it without taking any action. They need to give more care for cleaning

First of all the tables arent clean and sticky, serving dry and stale fries overcooked chicken and too much condiments in the sandwich late service and its the first time in my life regretting eating chicken YES IT WAS THIS BAD and I threw the rest of the sandwich in it fails to compare with any other fast food joint but a nice location

The food is really very good but the staff is little bit need to be enhanced and more professional. Also the place in ramadan is crowdy and you need to be in place 2 hours before iftar.

The chicken was unfresh, there was no cola however we only knew after the food was served. The cashier was too rude the toilet was unclean(no soap-no toilet paper) un pleasant experience AT ALLLL 😡😡

Staff are lazy and order can take 1 hour, there is always a room for conflict with what you order and what you get.Not sure if I would try it again.

Nothing special, They use the cheapest kind of ketchup in the market, the taste is the same as other fried chicken restaurants, very expensive compared to the taste and quantity.

Took way too long to find a seat and even longer for the food to be ready. Unorganized seating methods and so the survival is for the fittest; otherwise, youd spend the day looking for a seat.
