The worst place in the world! I went to them with a long healthy hair to dye my hair and I ended up having my hair burnt and I’m still cutting until today (that was august 2021).. I never write bad reviews but I’m really so angry and disappointed by how my hair turned out!

Worst beauty salon. Cant get hair colors right.Went for a simple ash brown color fix. Turned my hair color black and hadnt last for a wash. In addition, Unprofessional and impolite employees

It was a very popular Salon back until 2020, but lately the most talented haidressers left the place. The reception proposed an another hairdresser that is currently one of the best in place, but turns out he is not that good.

Not the most talented staff comparing that to the overpriced services, haircut wasnt the best, hair dyeing and styling was the worst, I dont recommend them!

Obviously trained staff. I had a very bad experience with a local hairdresser that resulted in a further 4 cuts to correct the damage done.With Toi I do not have these concerns.

One of the worst Beauty salons I have even been to. And its very pricy, you think youll get a good service for how much you paid but its literally the worst. You can definitely find way better salons and for way less.

The beauty center is a disgrace to the decent customers, violating the privacy for customers by taking photos of them without their knowledge or agreement in the favor of showing their work on social media, or elsewhere. This is extremely disrespectful and disappointing. Very unrecommended place.

Today was my first visit to the beauty salon.I dyed my hair. Staff were very customer oriented, friendly and professional.The environment was inviting, organized and clean.I will definitely visit again.The only challenge was to find a parking spot.Thank you Mahmoud and Mohamed for your excellent work today.

Go ask for essam if youre a curly head hes in heliopolis and ahmazing!.. otherwise i dont like the place i had bad experience with a dry hair cut in zayed. TRUST ME it was terrible; my sister had one side way shorter than the other.

Total waste of time and money, I have been waiting for an hour just to cut my hair and another 30 minutes to wash it and get it done.Over priced for nothing, the cut wasn’t what i wanted and the price is x5 the normal in any other salon!!Bad experience and i don’t recommend it for anyone.
