I had a great color and cut in July 2021. I don’t speak Arabic, and the team were great at communicating the process with me. I’m coming back to Egypt in February and can’t wait for another visit to the salon.

Had the best haircut by Mourad in Heliopolis branch..was about to lose hope to get a decent short haircut since Motaz has traveled! Bs thx god,we now have Mourad!Wouldnt recommend wael for short haircuts though!

They never disappoint. Ive been a Kriss customer for almost 8 years now and even though I live abroad now, whenever come back the service is always great. I even went for Tagamo3 branch for my wedding and was very happy with my hairdo.

Heliopolis branch , I feel disappointed this time with one lady she doesn’t know anything about manicure or pedicure meanwhile , she has bad manners in talking as well if she talking little nice , make you feel her talking under teeth “ my goodness , I hat the place and I’ll not go anymore.Actually I’m living in Europe, I’m visiting Egypt each 3 month , before I did with one lady manicure, pedicure, she was very nice, professional I liked the shop, but I didn’t find her this time, now I hate to go there anymore 😭😔

Yazan is really good at coloring hair and getting just the right exact shade you want, this branch is the best unlike the branch in Mohandeseen which is awful and completely unprofessional

Never returning back there, it’s a nice place but some of the staff are clueless and i came out with a worse looking hair than i entered, I’ll never recommend it to anyone, you assume that they know what they are doing because of the price you pay but that’s not the case

Had the best hair colouring done their. They are also very patient and the service is amazing. Although I have to say for veiled women it may not be the best option since they really dont offer much in the veiled section just the hair and if you want to do anything else you have to go outside. Which is a huge minus in my book because they couldnt accommodate which was time consuming and we were unable to finish anything other than hair since my mom is veiled and I am not. The 3 stars are for the color, service in the not veiled section and the stylist who tried to make things better. I hope management has reconsidered since the last time I was there.

Only for Arabic speakers, others are not really welcome. Cut was ok but stuff quite rude.
