At my first visit my experience wasn’t so great, however, when I expressed my opinion I then received a call from the managing director Mr. Magdy El Fashni who insisted to make it up for me and my family and my second experience was great, the food was the real Andrea food and service was impeccable, I wasn’t expecting this but it shows how the management cares about their customersMany thanks Andrea and will see you again in shaa Allah

Very nice restaurant bthat serves savory grilled food. Service is professional and friendly, and order wait time is relatively short for freshly grilled meat and poultry. Meanwhile, seating and restaurants space is a bit challenging when fully occupied.

A very nice restaurant, although not very busy, not sure why. Its pretty basic good food, nothing fancy, but well done. Service is prompt and polite. Prices are very reasonable. The outdoor area is well spaced out, but very noisy due to the heavy traffic on the main road. Theres a flat screen where they play matches, so thats a plus for many soccer fans I assume. Would come again.

Andrea- this is a beautiful blast from the past with the original Andrea in Merghany .. with all the pictures & decorations..we have had one of the best dining experiences in a long time with all soups, starters & appetizers hot & cold, salads, mega main dishes & pasta.. great portions .. really all mastered in taste & quality, the quails, mixed grill, kofta, their very famous half grilled chicken so delicious, their chicken & scallop pane.. all so yummy.. their desserts are good but not all where available.. Om Ali, cream caramel & cheese cake.. Andrea Elmerghany can not let you down am sure

One of the worst branches of Andrea!Walahy three of my friends suffered from food poisoning after eating there!Very bad quality and I am not even joking.The ministry of health has to send someone to do a checkup on the food because this is dangerous!

Roasted quail was out of this world. Lebanese salads like fattoush and taboulle are exceptionally tasty and fresh. The place has an outdoor and indoor seating areas.Great for a tasty lunch or dinner.

More than great .. every time I go to that place I find myself feeling like I dont wanna leave ..Ok .. food is .. amaaaaaazing .. delicious and very fresh .. try any plate any time of the day .. and try the salads .. OMG they are heavenly .. so fresh and the pomegranate molasses adding on the salad Verde is amazing ..Drinks there are amazing as well .. and Shisha in my opinion is one of the best in Heliopolis ..
