Excellent pâtisserie with alot of first class products. Of couse expensive but it is really luxurious so this is normal.

The decorations have a very unique effect on the atmosphere of the place, the staff is very friendly and helpful..paired with a very decent variety of options to choose from and the quality of each and every product is never to disappoint, specially thier icecream cakes are absloulty amazing.Surprisingly enough the prices are NOT as high as youd expect..Overall a very pleasant experience. 👌🏻

Nice place but not so friendly staff. Only one of the staff had a smile on his face, the rest however - especially the cashier and the wrappers - never smile.The pastries are ok but super sweet. I wish they reduce the amount of sugar!

I went n ordered a cake yesterday to be delivered today to my mom at 5pm which 5 min away from the Roxy branch.. Guy calls her 1pm says can I bring it now!? Mom lives alone and she is old.. This is the time of her rest. Thats why I specified 5pm. He comes delivers. Mom tipped him 20 egp then 1 hour later calls back to say the order was wrong . He will come now with the right one. And he does!! He says it was not opened but it was. The very reason I paid 28 egp delivery for a specific time n date to a person living alone n needs to rest not to be bothered all day.. And what if it was Aug??! The cake Ferroro Rocher was average full of cream n tasteless.. Sale Sucré off my list for sure!!

To begin with, we couldnt find anywhere to park next to the shop. I headed for the gateaux display right away, which contained barely any gateaux. I was like, Are those items all what you have?” An unwelcoming 50-something salesperson answered, yes. Nobody bothers to smile in that place.All the parts of the gateaux I got that were exposed to the air were tainted with the smell of an insecticide spray or air freshener. The cake part was dried-out on the outside and tasted stale. And finally, the horrendous bomb, a hard and gooey sphere cake that I dumped without a second thought.

For years never got something bad from them. Myself and my family love this brand.

This is a very good bakery .. One of the few which actually save your money with its valuable products .. It bought my son birthday cake from one of the branches it was very delouse .. All enjoyed the taste .. The prices was very good and every time i want to get my self a desert or if i am going to someone it will be always my choice
