The best auto glass brands and quality are the best.but installment technicians are unprofessional. even though the ship had only 1 car at time of installing my car’s new windshield, the installers were working as of it in a hurry, screwdriver fell off one of them due to unneeded hurrying and hit the car. they claimed that they would install the glass without removing the hood top covers until i told them i can remove it myself! they left sika material stains in multiple places; claimed that all screws and nuts are in place till i made a complete check to find 2 missing bolts; they didn’t install the traffic sticker till i told them.i found out later that door rubber ceiling was not put correctly in place.if you will do autoglass replacement, be attentive to technicians while at work and know your car.car is mini cooper r56branch elmerghany

Good thing is the respectable treatment from management.but they have couple of very bad professionals1st encounter, changed windshield, verry poorly installed, and found a scratch on it, the installer said ده بس ترييحة ازاز as if he is talking to a stupid person, but the managent agreed to change it in another day2nd encounter, they changed again the windshield, this time with clean install, but he damaged my glove box by trying to force shut it (to be fair it had a certain way to be shut) but still he said he didnt do it, again thinking Im stupid, where no one else in the car but him (Same guy by the way from 1st incident)Conclusion, you should personally supervise the installation carefully

I was driving on the highway and a massive rock hit my car windshield, immediately creating a bullseye, star crack.I searched online and found out it could be fixable. I had a small whole from a tiny rock, not that hard to be fixed neatly. A small kid worked on the car there. He doesn’t have pretty much experience.At the end the whole was not that visible but after fixing it, it’s now obvious.It was my first time to try this shop. Usually I fix glass in Mobil Haykstep which is more experienced but the shop was closed by that time at night.
