Very poor & disrespectful Customer service, Mohamed Essam in Cairo Customer Services hung up the phone line while I’m talking after I waited for 1.30 hours (on 17/8 at 11.15) and he didn’t bother to solve my problem. He also kept interrupting me and was very disrespectful. Shame on you Emirates for hiring poor staff!
Never answer their phone, price gouging even though there is no penalties due th covid o paid 400 dollars to change my flight date

The customer service in Cairo is very bad..and the employee has a strange style..even when I asked to transfer to the manager because of the poor service and file a complaint..and of course after waiting for a while to have to hang up..surprisingly if the manager was worse than the employee himself..and her response was strange and said he filed a complaint on the website..!!And by the way, almost the same employee, who mentioned his name in the comments, responded and complained about him...unless the names were similar...!!And it shows the Emirati fonts not reading the comments at all..!!
