As a surgeon the hospital is great with equiped operating theatrethe hospital has radiology centre including X-ray , Ultrasound , C-T scan , Echocardiographyand has also efficient Laboratory, there is ICU Department and cardio catheter centrethere is also blood bank and Emergency departmentthe indoor patient rooms are wide and cleanand the service is good

A place that can never be ranked professional . I was expecting that it was a personal bad behaviour from one of the staff untill i visited 5 times as a patient or with someone to find evertime the situation getting worse . Ignorant girl sitting in the reception that is just passing time and careless doctors in respect of timing and handling patientsI visited another near place that was cheaper and more professional than those group of abnormal team

My father was in the hospital for back surgery in September 2018 and was attended by Dr Talat. The surgery was a fiasco and had to be done again. My father got into coma several times. They isolated him and filled him with all sorts of drugs they didn’t want us to know. They were heartless and more concerned about money. When my father died they even asked for payment of ambulance service. God gives and takes lives but this hospital is not recommended for loved ones. They have no respect for human lives.

Their communication is 100% on WhatsApp and Instagram. This is unprofessional and not reassuring. It is known about the official authorities, especially the medical ones. Appointments are officially confirmed by calling or sending an SMS.3. The location of the doctor’s clinic is in a different place from the place of operations, and this was clarified very late in terms of assistance and error. Her mistake did not return until late and my diligence went to the wrong place and caused me to confuse and confuse him.4. The doctor does not respect the appointments of fasting patients and thinks if you are traveling to him, you will wait for him for a lifetime5. Before the operation, they will stop you. You sign papers that have no credibility and contradict reality. The name of the doctor on the paper is different from the doctor you are coming to, and the pledges of procedures are signed by you and you are the rest of what you discussed with the doctor6. The rooms are not clean and the sterilization is zero and I didnt even feel like I was in a hospital7. The hospital and operations are empty and there is no crowding like what was claimed in the social media8. The nurses are as if they are non-medical workers. Any question you ask, they will answer you, and they say the doctor will benefit you, and they did not have any background and were suspiciously conservative9. The VIP treatment that they say and market to in the social media is incorrect and is not equal to the slightest treatment in my country10. The name of the hospital is suspicious and describes the situation
