The place is brand new! Clean ad a whistle, well equipped and just massively bigger than the old branch. The space is really bug and can take 4 times more people than the previous branch. Air-conditioning, more lockers, showers, toilets and a bigger sauna, jacuzzi, and classes area are available. In addition to that you have bigger displays all over the place with a better sound system to keep you entertained during your workout. moreover, there is a brand new cardio cinema room with a projector, sound system and noise isolation. The way the place is divided into separate areas for things like cardio, body building, and other fields makes it more organized. New services has been added like cubbing and physical therapy, but theyre working on the pricing for them. Overall, the new gym is worlds better than the old one.

Liked the idea that Ladies branch is fully equipped with latest equipments, and it does fit local needs with well trained trainers and a complete SPA, I depend here on my daughter feedback.

Amazing gym, mens only so you can really go hard and not worry about anything. The staff are very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get their life together.

Nice gym ,but the prices are very high to some great extent. Too many beginners at the gym and weights are not wracked properly. Coaches should ask beginners to return the weights. The free weights zone was a mess during the Feast holiday.

I had a great experience in H2o gym in october city the variety of machines is great so there is no muscle in ur body that u cannot target on ur work out sessions there and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the best forms and exercises if u are a beginner . The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the lack of space since the machines are very close to each others and in turn u won’t feel comfortable if u want to do some off-machine work-outs like sit ups , push ups squats especially if u are in a group of 2 or more working out together

عشان بس نكون واضحين، الساونا و البخار و الجاكوزي مقفولين بحجة ان ده قرار بسبب كورونا، (لا هو ده توفير مش أكتر، فرع السيدات شغال عادى). روحت قبل صلاة الجمعة لقيت الباب الحديد مفتوح و الباب الزجاج مقفول و اتصلت الموبايل مغلق او غير متاح . (مع ان فرع السيدات شغال كالعادة). أنا كرهت الجيم ده و شايف نصب فى الموضوع. انا اشتركت فيه بتاريخ ٣/٣/٢٠٢٢ و النهاردة تانى يوم لى و ندمان تماما (رقم عضويتى ٨٩١٣) مبنصحش بيه خالص، شوف جيم تانى يكون واضح عن الجيم ده. و قبل ما حد يسأل عرفت منين ان فرع السيدات شغال، زوجتى مشتركة فيه و بنروح مع بعض.
