One of my favorite spots for burgers in Cairo. Love the atmosphere, decor, and I also noticed how they pay attention to cleanliness! I saw many negative reviews about it, but I really like it. 3 stars though because of quality compared to price and somewhat late service. Don’t get me wrong it is delicious, but many other better quality burgers are cheaper and faster in service.

Most places weve been to in Egypt are starting to implement an orderly queueing system. Smashburger in Mall of Egypt is unfortunately one of the few still caught in the ancient chaotic and annoying practice of not asking customers to respect the queue. It is by far the only establishment in Egypt that I rated 1 star.

Burger was delicious , but fries quality was average , the service need an improvement and its a bit over priced after all i enjoy my burger i hope they get better with the time

Very bad service , food delayed for 40 min and came not as requested twice . price is too high incompare to quality and service .Will never go back to this restaurant.

Quantity Vs Price wise.....totally not worth it.Really over priced, and a sandwich u can bearly see. Most would consume in one bite.

The restaurant is well known and I ate in the Saudi branch. It was much sweeter than here in Egypt. The food is bad and the service is bad. I will not repeat the experience here.
