Very bad quality coffee under extracted coffee tried to explain it to the barista unfortunately he didn’t get it

Bad service and bad coffee. The lady told me I get a free sandwich and when I got to the cashier she wanted to charge me for the sandwich. Their visa machine isnt working. I paid in cash and they gave me change thats torn to pieces. The coffee is watery and tastes so bad.

This place literally was amazing and the most tasting specialisty coffees in Egypt 👌 even i and my friend were late but staff was so kind and we had a nice mocha and hot chocolate with cream.I think small details is a good point around and the view really beautiful on ski Egypt 😅Its not just a coffee its a perfect place to have date or just spend a good time.Note: prices arent expensive but theres a tax

Hands down, this is the best coffee I have tried in a while .. ordered normal single shot espresso ( Colombian) and Iced Latte, and both were perfect .. in terms of taste, quality, and serving .. the place itself was such a charm! .. also tried their famous Lemon cheesecake and raspberry cheesecake and both were perfect 👌 balanced in sugar, butter and topping .. the most amazing thing is that you can sit and enjoy your coffee by a chilling, wonderful view of the Ski 🎿 area ( photos attached) .. the place works by a (help yourself) theme like Starbucks and other franchise coffee shops .. staff are neat and friendly .. such amazing experience, highly recommend!

Fairly quiet. Baristas are very welcoming and helpful. Variety of seating options, including some cushions on the floor by a floor- length window. Theyre inside the mall, so they have to adhere to the no smoking policy, which is always a plus. Their only downfall is a horrible playlist that can be distracting and loud at time, but I guess they can change that easily.

Polite and resourceful service , with awesome coffee blends that actually taste different , very quick service , not overly expensive and the food is actually nice , I suggest the caramel macchiato or if ur doing an espresso the Tanzanian blend

I did not expect to see such hot chocolate, here it is made from chocolate syrup diluted with hot water. As a result, we see a drink of gray color, with the taste of sugar and a barely perceptible aroma of chocolate. My request to cancel the order and get a refund was denied. So I had to replace it with matcha tea. But they also managed to cook it from boiling water, respectively, after the first sip, she got a burn of her tongue and palate. I do not recommend
