It was a fantastic experience. Kids loved it there and really didnt want to leave. Its very easy to spend a whole days there. They have many rooms with different activities. Every hour they have an entertainment session, either puppet show or dancing or cooking... Etc.

Very clean and entertaining play area for kids, you can leave kids unattended there, staff are very well trained and they have excellent security

Great Place for kids, the safety measurements are excellent . The staff is helpful and entertaining activities for the kids. Recommend if you want to have a birthday, adding that the food is great with variety of options

I arrived at my friends kid birthday very late after it was finished & I didnt stay for 10 min. But still charged my friend 3 tickets for no reason & the service was horrible they didnt offer any help!

Very good for kids birthday, they provide all the supplies ull need for the birthday. Plan activities for the kids and manage lunch for the kids then serve lunch for the adults with all access to the games there. Recommended for kids birthday

Superb place, everything is very well organized and kids friendly, so many different activities from arts and crafts to cooking to a nice indoor kids area aside from an even better outdoor kids area, role playing and grocery shopping, and so many other things, they are fully equipped for birthdays and events too, food is nice and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and for the adults a nice ground floor cafe with an outdoor area.My kids had an amazing day, although Im coming from the other side of the city, but Im definitely going back.

One of the best places for kids and I love that they take adults and caregivers into consideration by supplying a lovely area where we can sit and order coffee or food and they have a lovely cuisine:)

Last year in early December I was hosting my child’s birthday when I was taking to the a staff member to prepare the party she supposedly put me on hold but I still heard her and she said “yehrebat el youm el eswad” she didn’t apologize and I don’t want my children in a low place like this even though the owner is a very good person and I don’t think I had to mention her in this bad experience😞😞

Rude and unprofessional staff , if youre invited to someones birthday and you want to leave they wont let you out until they make sure that the parents of the birthday boy/girl paid all the money. Theyll literally lock you inside and wont let you leave
