Very nice place to live

Overview: Lovely compound with plenty of security. This is a very big compound with 3 schools and a central area where there will be a few shops (so no need to go out of the compound even). the Police Mosque of Sheikh Zayed and Villa 14 Suites are both located inside this compound! Lots of construction work still being carried out. Clean and well maintained.Location: Very good location if you do not want to be stuck in the heavy Cairo traffic. Close to the Mall of Arabia and soon to be the Sphinx Airport. Good connections to Alexandria (it is not far from the highway). About an hour/1.5 hours (depending on traffic) from Cairo International Airport in the new and upcoming areas of Cairo.Close by:(walking distance)-Hyper One (for groceries).- IMAX 3D Cinema- Cairo University Sheikh Zayed Campus.(Short drive away approx)-The Mall of Arabia (15 mins)- Pyramids of Giza (18-20 mins)- Giza Necropolis (22-25 mins)- Sphinx Airport (20 mins)-Nile University (15 mins)Apartments are well built and there is ample parking available. Not sure about wheelchair access for all buildings - I know the one that I stayed in didnt have a lift.
