The only Starbucks Reserve branch in Egypt. With choices not found in any other Starbucks in Egypt. Choices are Clover, syphon, Chemex, pour-over and coffee press. They also have the Starbucks Reserve coffee sold here.

Very nice and cozy seating area... the new Popcorn Caramel is not very good and doesnt taste that good... the double espresso is good though... Mocha Frappuccino is good choice if you want to have a cold drink but if you are looking for hot drink I would recommend the American coffee or the espresso

So disrespected workers , they have no cover on the cups, they were so slow, I think it’s the worst Starbucks in the world , I asked for extra Caramel and he said it’s 40 pounds when I get my order there is no extra Caramel I kept asking for the extra Caramel and he was ignoring me The whole time so I left without it !!!!!!!!!!

VERY rude staff, apparently no customer service training to speak of. No flavor shots, no diet sweetener, didnt use use skimmed milk as requested, didnt label the cups. Overall very poor experience.

The experience was very unsuccessful. The worst branch. I asked to change the cappuccino twice and the taste was very bad. The rest of the services are excellent.. I hope that the barista specializes in making cappuccinos

Nice cafe, very good drinks, moderate price, and you enjoy the place. The management is truly global and excellent. There are also fast sandwiches wrapped in a picture that highlights the interest.I advise you to drink hot or cold drinks in it if this is among your interests that you love. I personally this is my favorite cafe in Egypt or a country at prices that I personally love and I love sitting in it and also sells the cafe and grinds it in front of you if you pasteurize and work at home many types
