Yesterday I faced totally disrespectful behavior of checkout men. he was talking loud and through a packs of gift vouchers in my bag with a grin - take more, you want more? Take take ( his way to talk to English speaking clients)I returned that papers back and speechless left the shop. I hope that manager will read this review and have a world with a stuff sometimes.But ill try to avoid H&M Egypt by any chance. Its a shame for the mall

I came home. My wife and son were in a very difficult condition, my son was in the H&M branch in the Mall of Egypt, and a horrific incident happened while he was in this branch:A woman and her daughter were spotted by cameras stealing clothes, and while they were leaving, they were caught, and a large number of employees in the branch met with them, and a large number of customers met to watch the scandal. The mother collapsed completely, and her daughter kept begging the workers to have mercy on her and her mother, and the mother told them that her circumstances had forced her to do so and she asked to give her time until one of her relatives arrived with the price of the stolen items.The director in charge of the branch issued a ruling on the woman to pay five times the price of the stolen items, and the mother kept asking him to take the price only, and to leave the clothes for the store, but the manager insisted on paying five times the price, otherwise he will call the police.Of course, the mother and her daughter agreed to this criminal offer, fearing the scandal, and contacted a number of her acquaintances and remained confined in the shop until a person came with 19,500 pounds and paid them to the director in exchange for releasing the woman and her daughter and not informing the police, and it is amazing that the brutal director also took the clothes and returned them to their places .The incident occurred on the evening of Thursday, October 8, and the branch’s cameras must have recorded this brutal trial of a woman who stole a little clothes from a company that sold to Egyptians scumful clothes at criminal prices and unlawfully reaped billions from the sweat of this people.What is certain is that what the lady and her daughter did is a disgraceful thing and is punishable by law, but all the laws never approve what the director of this branch did, and it is also certain that he will never refrain from stealing this amount that he took from the lady, considering that it is a war spoil for theft.
