I had a really bad experience with this company.I booked a nile cruise to Luxor and Aswan on Mariam and when I arrived my reservation wasnt confirmed! and they tried to convince me to replace the cruise with another.The manager of the cruise is the worst! Hes very aggressive and didnt welcome the new comers well. He also talked in a very bad way that he didnt have any available rooms at the beggining and when I insisted to book here as I booked and didnt leave. Suddenly, the rooms came up.The cruise program was three days and they spend a complete one day at the nile moving really slow without doing anything! and all the other cruises arrived before us with many hours to follow their program.Eventually I skipped the program, the cruise and the money I paid and moved to a decent hotel that respects his clients to enjoy my trip.I dont recommend Egotel Holidays at all to anyone.
