It is good, but its area is very small for the library of an entire city, meaning the building itself is large, but the reading hall is sufficient for twenty people or less. You feel it is a school library because of that. I also think that there is a periodic renewal of the books in it, whether it is it or the library of the Palace of Culture, but the library of the Palace of Culture is a little better.
