Al-Jeddawi Agency, it is believed that it was built by Hassan Bek Al-Jeddawi in the eighteenth century. The agency, which directly overlooks the temple of Khnum, was one of the main commercial destinations of Esna during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries - the city was then famous for trading many commodities such as textiles, African ivory, and ostrich feathers.Wakālat al-Jiddāwī, Believed to be built by Ḥasan Bek al-Jiddāwī in the 1700s. The wakala (caravanserai) is overlooking the Temple of Khnum.
