Not so professional, they charged 200 pound for literally nothing.The check up took less than one minute for a case I am familiar with I told Dr. Mai that she needs to deal with my wisdom tooth but she schedule a meeting with Dr. Marwa and she gave me some pain killers.So they robbed me for 200 l.e for nothing.

Don’t give appointments and stress the importance of making it on time if you won’t stick to it...They tell me to make it 11:15 sharp so that I don’t miss my appointment. My turn comes around (12:05) and the receptionist only then asks, “do you have an appointment?”As for the service, it was rushed, unorganised and a bit aggressive I must say. Dr. Mai is a nice person but it felt like she was rushing through everything to get to the next patient.
