A newly inaugurated costa coffee outlet in Sherouk city with the usual excellent decoration and items.I was not happy with the staff performance; there was a lady who replied to my questions in a lazy and boring manner and when I asked for the Manager, they said He left to bring something from outside!However I have to mention there was another attendant who spared no effort to make it up, his name is Mohamed Waheed.

Place is nice , has indoor and outdoors . Might act as a working place you will see plenty of people working there already. They accept credit card and cash but I actually didnt like the coffee at all! I order vanilla latte and was not good but I didnt comment or go back to have it changed

The only drinkable good coffee is cortado. tiramisu is prepared with cake and was served with frozen parts inside 🤷‍♂️

Doughnuts were not fresh, weirdly I didnt get a receipt just my visa receipt copy, branch still missing some items
