Stayed there for a night.Room were fine not great lets say, The food was served in room as well as you can visit their in-house restaurant Italiano.Since I was a vegetarian so for me the options were less, but I had some salad and a pizza and it was good.

Second visit this year and it was better than the previous one.The room was full with everything you might need: Dental kit, shaving kit and even a loofah 😁. The room was clean and spacious.The food was okay and my only take on this hotel is the outdated furniture styles and some lack of professionalism from the staff.

I came for one night for work, stayed at the main building (which i was told is better maintained than the extension)The view from the room was very nice (Suez canal to my right and the Mediterranean to my left)Tha room is spacious, lighting is very good, more than enough mirrors, renovated toilet and very clean sheets and towelsThe staff is very decent and professionalThe breakfast was very good, they even had a pan for heating pancakes and the food was of good quality and variety

Amazing view with a lot of activities could be performed, nice swimming pool with a plenty of green areas, Very clean, comfortable, well furnished and renovated rooms, helpful and professional staff who are doing there best to let you always feel beyond satisfaction .

The hotel name is Port Said Misr travel not Etabe port said, every thing in the hotel was excellent, the location of the hotel is unique between Suez canal and Mediterranean sea.Amazing stuff, The guest relation is very friendly and professional, the general manger welcomed us himself ,which I consider real care with guests, moreover I noticed his close monitoring for everything.Every thing in the hotel is very tidy and very clean, all the hygiene precautions are taken into account, hope they continue with this level. Sure would recommend this hotel to whom visiting Portsaid for both family and business trips.

Good but need more care

Clean establishment but the service is on holiday. They are more concerned with socializing than the customer. The entertainment seems like a group doing karaoke or some beatnik poetry slam where its more about the artists than the people buying food and drinks in the establishment. These guys managed to make me feel like I was some groupy at their recording seshion. I was literally the only customer in the place and the had to hollar several times to get the attention of the well dressed but lazy waiters.

The view was wonderful. I really liked the food. The staff are pretty kind and friendly. The rooms are very comfy and close to a number of shopping places. I would definitely be happy to go back there again

Its OK. Its always lively with local weddings and conferences. The location is great. The rooms are unfortunately damp, something bad with the air conditioning. The restaurants are OK, I had some really good meals. Excellent and well priced laundry service.

This may favorite hotel in Port Said . I went there 3 times. The hotel is very nice and has a good location in Tarh Elbahr and has good parking area. The rooms are spacious, food is good. The staff are friendly. It has reasonable prices. The negative thing is that the swimming pool was not clean .

Destination is great.The only 5 stars hotel in Port Said.Rooms cleanliness is good.Have Seaview rooms which was perfect.The food is not tasty in the hotels restaurant, I tried seafood and grilled chicken, both were not good.The breakfast was okay.To have lunch or dinner, you will pay not less than 300 EGP, you can enjoy much more tasty meals in restaurants outside the hotel as Port said is cheap.The swimming pool doesnt operate in winter.No gym inside the hotel.No private beach.Internet signal was good.

They claim they are the best. But honestly they dilver nothing. Internt connection in room never works. If you come to lobby it is okay. Room service is very poor if you request some thing it may delvere never next day.

Its a normal hotel, not a perfect.It cannot be a five stars hotel.Its too expensive compared with its quality, specially compared to other hotels at the same area.May be there are good rooms and bad rooms.I tried the building No. 2 , for example room No. 2224 and it was normal not perfect and no view there.

Sevice is s***, reception has no idea how to help someone. Unfriendly. People working here have no idea how to make guests happy. Rooms are s***, with voices coming from everywhere, bathroom, fridge, the people themselves. One of the worst stays of my life and i have stayed in many 3 stars hotels.

In the past there was the Helnan the best in port said where its only the five stars in Port said but after including to Misr travel it is becoming very bad. You feel like you are in government place. The best in Port said at the moment is Resta hotel but its always fully booked.

Rooms are deficient in many aspects and from many things eg basic water tee coffee slipper etc.Furniture design finishing and colors are not satisfactory. These remarks inspite of the high cost of the double room ,1800 Egyptian pounds.

I dont know why everything seems very hard with those guys from check-in to daily service to check out, everything takes much time and seems complicated.I had a lot of bad incidents from sewage water coming out of nowhere on bathroom floor, to room phone ringing several times after 2 am for several nights in my room and my friends room

Friendly and helpful but hotel is old. Garden rooms are noisy with local cafes playing music late into the night.

Room is clean.Food is not that good.Stuff is ok.If you have a large materials you cant leave them at the baggage room.

I think it can be your second or maybe your first choice that you can think of when it comes to accomodation in port-said but their prices are really really high but the place is very classy and people there are very friendly.

Used to be Helnan but after the government take over it went from quality to dirty, From professional management to low educated staff, the place has went low in the previous 5 years and it will keep going low as long as its under the government hands.

The place is in prime location and clean with excellent view on the north entrance of the Suez Canal it got a bit pricy from my last visit .
