My mother went yesterday to do CT scan at Cairo Scan Tahrir branch. Unfortunately, the technician (nurse) inside the room was very unprofessional, very rude in her way of talking, not wearing a mask, and overall a very bad experience. I really hope she gets further training on how to communicate with patients and perform her job because she is a very BAD image for this place.

Receptionist was cold and didnt return my greeting. They didnt have change and expected me to go find it. And though i booked an appointment they werent ready to see me on time.The lab technicians were very kind and professional but I wont be back.

According to what is shown on their Google site, the atomic scan comes out on the same day, but I was surprised that the reception was fried, come two days later to receive the resultAs for the staff, they are very helpful
