فرع الرحاب/ elrehab branchI was changing the lens of my glasses. while choosing my lens( Nikon), the sales man said that the on I chose is anti-dust and anti-print (finger) which is totaly false. Firstly, they called me to pick it up, and when i got home i figured out the lens didnt change ( they were scratched a little bit and was wrong power). On the same time, when I recieved it, I asked if I have a receipt and I was answered no, you just bout lens. In addition, the glasses case (protection box) doesnt even close, so it doesnt even protect the glasses. I returned to them the next day, when they had the glasses and said they would contact me. They did contact me to tell that I recieved the old lens that were already in the glasses, and they didnt change the lens as there is a scratch in the frame so they waited to make sure (confirm) i want the same frame. On the second time, a family member went to pick it up, when he saw the glasses case he asked if they have something better quality that offer some protection or get locked, and the answer was no! Moreover, there were no cleaning tissue in the case!! After one day, I figured out that the lens are not anti-dust or anti-print!! Lastly, I am using the case and cleaning tissue that I had like a couple of years ago from place that is not a famous brand to protect my glasses.That was the first experience for me there and I guess it would be the lastكنت أغير عدسة نظارتي و أثناء اختيار عدستي (نيكون) ، قال رجل المبيعات إن ما اخترته هو مضاد للغبار ومضاد للبصمات (طباغةالأصابع) وهو خطأ تماما. أولاً ، اتصلوا بي لاستلامها ، وعندما وصلت إلى المنزل ، أحسست أن العدسة لم تتغير (مخدوشة قليلاً وكانت مقياس خاطئ). في نفس الوقت ، عندما استلمتها ، سألته مش المفروض ليا إيصال لا ، أنت فقط أشتريت العدسة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، علبة النظارات (صندوق الحماية) مبيقفلش أصلا حتى لا يحمي النظارات. عدت إليهم في اليوم التالي ، عندما أخذوا النظارات وقالوا إنهم سيتصلون بي. لقد اتصلوا بي ليخبروني بأنني استلمت العدسة القديمة التي كانت موجودة بالفعل في النظارات ، ولم يغيروا العدسة لأن هناك خدش في الإطار لذا انتظروا للتأكد من أني عايز نفس الإطار (الفريم). في المرة الثانية ، ذهب أحد أفراد العائلة لاستلامها ، عندما رأى حالة النظارات سأل ما إذا كان لديهم جراب أفضل نوعية التي تقدم بعض الحماية أو حتي بتقفل ، وكان الجواب لا! علاوة على ذلك ، لم يكن هناك منديل التنظيف في هذه المرة !! بعد يوم واحد ، اكتشفت أن العدسة ليست مضادة للغبار أو مضادة للبصمات !! أخيرا ، أنا أستخدم جراب ومنديل اللي معايا من سنتين من مكان ليس علامة تجارية مشهورة لحماية نظارتي.دي كانت التجربة الأولى بالنسبة لي معاهم ، وأعتقد أنها ستكون الأخيرة
