A year ago i had this experience 😋 i like Aroma specially Casino ElShatby branch ❤️ food is great ❤️ friendly staff but they’re not quick specially at lunch time as they’re busy. I had a live lunch preparing I enjoyed it 😍 sea view while enjoying delicious food is the best thing ever ❤️

I am not reviewing your food because I hadnt , but the fact that all you want your customers to order of a certain amount of money is not happening anywhere in the world ( other way of applying minimum charge) which is still unacceptable to get me something that I dont eant ,I simply can go and instead of you getting a 100 EGP , you will get nothing , so you lost a customer and that 6-8 $ and also you get that bad review from a local guide ! Its a pity to see this in Alexandria in a place that is considered to be a place of attraction to tourists and locals , I hope you change your minds! And if your reply we are doing like other cafes/restaurants, my reply will be you are unlucky that I attempted to dine in your place !

I went yesterday and i ordered a shishaa right after i ordered it the other guy came and was telling us that we have to drink something then right after they brought our drinks he said i forgot to tell you you have to get something to do at too, after that we said we wanted to cancel our order and he rudely said no you cant because your drinks are ready (he hadnt even gone yet THE WORST SERVICE EVER except for the guy that served shishas he was polite)

Poor service, food took ages to be served, coffee tasted horrible, shisha was very bad.

No.... The prices aint the best and from all the guys working there only the guy that handles shisha was polite

Open air , fantastic view, acceptable price

A very special view and location and a nice place with three floors and serving special food, and we tried the Aroma Chill in it, it was very excellent, and it progressed by chance, and the staff was beautiful and cooperative.

I like the place because why is it in an empty place and I choose it and the waiter says that it is a place for large families only, although in the same class there are 2 tables sitting in each one only two people 🙇‍♀️

I cant see anything worse than that!!!

There is nothing sweet in it other than the site.Literally nothing sweet again
