So Bad services, Expensive, So late, The package that I sent from Alexandria to Bagdad about 25 days.Very bad, I don’t recommend it as shipping company.

Waiting for the Bank visa for 8 days now in Alexandria, and havent received it yet, very poor communication for the domestic shipping, never experienced such bad service in any other local shipping company.

My shipment took over one month and still didn’t get it , extremely long waiting time for customer service to reply when calling them via hotline number....., and they are not helpful neither decent when they reply..... the worst service ever
