The staff was so welcoming, cohesive, consistent, and thought of every detail. The bed provided a very restful sleep and the sea view was incredible. There was no shortage of conveniences within walking distance but it was also nice to enjoy the amazing food at the Beach and at Byblos. We could not have asked for a better experience, and would highly recommend enjoying Alexandria with Four Seasons. I hope to visit again! Thank you.

I usually never write reviews, but I thought it would be helpful to share my experience for future brides and grooms. For those looking to have a wedding/engagement party at this hotel, there are positive and negative aspects.To begin with, the planning process was a complete nightmare with the staff in charge of events. There was woman assigned to us at first and after we planned our whole engagement party and agreed on everything, she left the job (not sure why) and a new woman took over. We had to start all over with our planning because the staff did not write anything down or relay information. The second woman we worked with was absolutely horrible. She disregarded our concerns, was very bad at communicating with us, and honestly just did not want to help in any way (she always said no or tried to find someone else to deal with us). Half of the information she told us was not true. She was honestly just very rude and unprofessional. She was not a good fit for the job. Also, the hotel provides you with a package for their engagement parties and weddings, but in reality, you have to sign contracts with several third party companies and plan your own event with each of them and not the hotel, which is not specified in the initial advertising. This woman who was assigned as our wedding planner or event coordinator did not help in any way and really just made the whole process more difficult. She also advertised completely false information regarding their rooms and was not providing us with the complimentary items (including a room) that was included in our contract.Other than our negative experience with the event planner, the hotel itself was very nice. The place was clean, organized, and friendly. The suite was very spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony was beautiful as well. The food at the event was spectacular and the staff at our engagement party were so kind and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and fed. The venue itself was also beautiful (we had our party on the beach venue). Overall, I was frustrated with our whole experience leading up to the engagement party, but the party turned out amazing despite the issues we faced. I would really make sure you are clear with the event planner from the beginning, and if you have any issues with her from the start, ask to speak with a supervisor in order to avoid the continuing issues with her.

It was goodVery spacious room (53 m ) a city view room ..Worth its money value ..Hygiene roomGood housekeeping ..A very good breakfast with great sea view ..The negative things :There was day noise from renovations next at the residential building just stuck to my room ..There masks users were almost rare in the mall just beside the hotel .Still there is major negative issue is SMOKING .. either in the hotel or in the mall .. they smoke every where in closed building , cafés , restorants , lobby ...etc ...One other bad thing in the hotel lobby was seeing civillian men walking in the lobby with GUNS !!! and also smoking ..Talked to hotel officials and they ssy they cannot do any thing .. these men were government agents ?Still do not know the reason of showing guns and smoking in the same time 🙄.Finally it is great as local Egypt category ..But when you compare it with other international Four Seasons Hotels ..no .. this hotel will be a 4 star regarding other same hotels

The best place in Alex to spend time with friends and family. There is a nice play ground for kids and all isolated from the city inspite.of being in the City.The open buffet lunch on fridays is my favorite

Extremely good, rooms are huge and clean, had the best time, breakfast is amazing, pools are clean and relaxing. Staff are good, food is exquisite. The problem that i had was that the staff in the breakfast buffet was they were not as good. They usually forget your order or you have to wait 30+ minutes to get your drink

The hotel didnt allow us to stay because they cant accept foreign marriage documents, although we stayed at the Oberoi in Sahl Hasheesh for over a week with the same certificates just fine. I stayed at the hotel so many times with my family, I cant believe that they would ruin my childhood memories in such a putrid manner. Never, ever, ever again not even if Im going there on my own.

Super clean hotel, friendly staff, very elegant spacious rooms, the view of the sea from the room was fantastic, the beach and pools were wonderful, breakfast was very good with lots of varieties,,location of the breakfast restaurant and its style makes you feel like you are in a resort.It was a nice experience for me and would love to come back again.

Four Seasons San Stefano has been an incredible place since I first visited it in 2007. It is still a great place to go specially with the new beach suits they added. However, service used to be much more elegant in the past; something has slightly changed in the orientation the staff receives that only few people can sense.

The hotel and beach was so good also the rooms so nice classic style but the noisy from the mall is little bit not good

Visited the beach for a day use for 600 Egyptian pound per adult, kid above 5 is additional 300, access from San Stefano plaza the other side of the beach.. from the car parking and drop off there is the reception, then to the 4th floor for the spa,. Booking is from the spa, Friday and Saturday is not allowed for a day use, the price includes chais loung, towels and mineral water its the most exclusive and expensive beach in downtown Alexandria, panoramic view, totally private from out side,. Beach was clean and spaced out. The waves was high so better to go in summer,. Alternative is tulip beach near by. Which also is accessable for a fee.

7 star resort. Unique offering putting it ahead of best places around the world. The offered chalet are located by the sea and surrounded by carefully designed and maintained landscape. It is a pleasure for grown ups S well as their children. The service, the restaurant and the facilities are really wonderful.

All in all a very pleasant experience.Good attention to detail. Staff is super friendly. Room was stocked up with drinks like coffee, juices and alcohol. We requested an early check in which they accommodated. Architecture is great. Sea view is amazing. At the beach they brought us a cooler with water in it which was a very nice touch. Towels everywhere. Gym is great with well maintained equipments and free weights. Restaurant experience was very good as well. Couple of mundane points: ice machine looked like it was deserted and was inoperable. They had the wrong Winsten Churchill quote as seen in the picture.

Used to be a great hotel but now with new management its not even a 2 star hotel from service, food, house keeping everything i am really shocked wont come back or recommend it. Will definitely contact corporate and complain. I regret that i came all the way from Florida to check in in this hotel. Ive visited Rixos alamein and definitely its way better than 4 seasons

Perfect place to have a holiday

To start it was definitely the cleanest place Ive ever visited in Alexandria. The food was delicious, the room was luxurious, and the view was breathtaking.

A luxury hotel with a private beach in a busy area. Very convenient when it comes to transportation. The private beach is fabulous. Theres a large adjacent shopping mall with a movie theatre as well.

It was a very nice experience..1st The location in a very good center that you can reach anything easily.. in the middle of Cornice..The view is very lovely and open..you have direct access to the pool and the sea.. it has a private beach..The food was very very good, fresh and clean.COVID-19 precautions was considered and felt very safe on the buffet and all the staff were wearing their masks all the time and sanitizing everything..The staff was very friendly and professional..The room’s style was luxurious and royal..It was very different and the rooms were wide and super clean.I enjoyed my stay and would definitely love to revisit.

Such an amazing hotel, my first time in a Four seasons and clearly not the last! The service is incomparable, great welcome. Everything is made for you to have a great stay.Breakfast was perfect and delicious, lots of choices. Good choice of restaurants.The common areas are beautiful, like an old palace but well maintained.The outdoor pool unfortunately was cold and not in use during winter time, but still beautiful with amazing view over the mediterranean sea.The inside pool is a perfect compromise in winter, with also access to jacuzzi and sauna.We had a terrasse room, perfect size, beautiful bathroom with both bath and shower, and amazing beds!Location also good, not far from brand new pier full of restaurants. Maybe a bit far from the city center, if you want to visit but the area is nicer.We hope to come back here and enjoy it again in hotter times.

Great View! But no place for dogs to go out around there is only 2sqm landscape that all the residents take their dogs out in it!! It’s crazy how much they spent on construction with no garden!!

Like amazing! Service is great and staff are friendly! They always help us out! When I visited, they made our food not really well like other days, so we reported it and they got us the Manager. He apologized and gave us a plate of fruits and better food as an apology. It was a really great way to apologise. He also made sure they know the recipe well for the food! The breakfast is amazing and so are the pools! The rooms are really modern and room service is really kind! Overall the stay was amazing.

Its a good hotel with nice service, cleanliness, the view if you could get a sea view room because other than this it wont be a good view, and of course the higher the better .. the food is great, theyve also got stand alone villas, opposite to the hotel on the beach, some with separate pool and others without, if you could get one youll get privacy and the view is incredible but its really expensive for a night especially its B&B only

Great experience. Where you are being served luxury. This place might be expensive. Cause its not a hotel that is selling you accommodation to stay in. Its selling you comfort, style, designs and more important *luxury* where you cant find in any place in all of Alexandria including palestine hotel which palestine hotel is waaay older and the location where there are gardens everywhere and so on, Yet the four seasons have managed to out come this by giving what the client is looking for which is paying money for value. Getting exclusive entrance to the four seasons beach and be treated as a prince. Where everything is designed to give you pleasure, comfort and peace.Loved my short stay at the fours seasons. Looking forward to come in again.

The best hotel in Alexandria, I had an exam and this hotel was the closest to where my exam was. Staff are very polite and friendly, I didn’t know the directions exactly and they did everything they can to guide me. The view is amazing and the breakfast was good. The mall is a bit small with only one tiny market. Overall I would definitely stay there again.

This is the norm for Four Seasons Hotels in Egypt:Well maintained rooms - everything is miles above average (except perhaps for the television 🤪This particular facility is surprisingly small (I think less than 300 Rooms) within an overbearing building.The building itself houses a condominium of apartments and a shopping mall.There are beach cabanas (across the “corniche” accessible via a tunnel) but I’m unable to comment on the quality of say room service there where the logistics look daunting, as I’ve never experienced them.There is a swimming pool in the main building and a salt water one on the beach. All the services and food & beverage are impeccable.In summary, it’s more than one can expect from somewhere you don’t own!

The most elegant and luxurious hotel in Alexandria. Accommodation, hospitality, professionalism and food are always of the best quality. Prices are the highest in Slex but well deserved for those who can afford it.

The mall is nice although it’s a bit old now. We haven’t seen a new major store in years. But you have a decent food court and you also have fresh food market where they have an open kitchen for fresh foods.

Four Seasons Hotel is a beautiful hotel that gives a lasting experience. The hotel has a mall with several shops just by its side, the Mediterranean sea is an amazing view from the hotel and its a stone throw from Four Seasons Hotel. Directly from the hotel through a private passage, you will find yourself just by the Mediterranean sea- truly amazing.The staff is highly professional and polite, the people of Egypt are VERY accommodating and willing to help, this culture transcends to the staff of the hotel as well so its almost natural for them to be polite.The Night Life here is off the charts so the hotel has a lovely night life arena that does affect the serenity of the guests.It also has 3 lovely pool and one them gets its source directly from the Mediterranean Sea.I highly recommend.
