I love the place, it is well-equipped. The owner is such a gentleman, however it is too crowded after 4pm. Youd be lucky if you could find a locker, they have machines seperated by category. Its a two-floor gym, downstairs you have machines for squats, cable rowing, crunches, lower back, you also have weights and dumbbells. There are bars with weights, rope hung from the ceiling and wooden boxes to exercise on. 2nd floor has machines divided into upper body (bicep curling, butterfly, bench press, chest press) and lower body (hamstrings and leg press) and theres a seperate more private with softer floor for classes or other exercises with body weight (squats, lunges, planks, jumping jacks, jump rope, etc)Recommended with a group of friends, or you can make friends there!

If you are a very busy person who is looking for a place to workout in Alexandria, this is diffently your place! Its 24h service, very reasonable prices, all range of equipments and machine, clean(most of the time), great coaches(24h)...and more..all in all highly recommended!

Kinda small place, two stairs, private class for boxing, zumba.... The boxing class is soo good also i love the coach, they do have credit card payment and a cafeteria they serve healthy food and beverages.. the place is okay

Very crowded from 4pm till 10 pm, other than that it is pretty much another gym

The place all in all is really reasonable, prices, facilities, and atmosphere...The staff is really really friendly and nice, the cleanliness is great.. and the place is cosy!
