The entire testing process was swift and flawless. The Administrator was very friendly and helpful, which made the testing environment as pleasant and stress-free. The test room was well equipped and very clean and the instructions we received were clear and useful. I took the CDI and the test ran smoothly with no issues from start to end. The Speaking Examiner was also very calm and decent, I did not feel stressed talking to him at all. I highly recommend IDP for IELTS tests because the overall experience was very satisfying. I got the score I wanted but if I were to retake the test, I wouldn’t hesitate to retake it there.

The IDP is a great center for taking the IELTS exams.They are very helpful with the schedules and everything regarding the examination. Also, the exam room is equipped with all the things that anybody would need to facilitate the test.The people there are very professional and very diligent with their work and simply I recommend them for your first, second and tenth IELTS exam.

I went in for a CD Academic IELTS test and it was nothing like I previously experienced. In previous years, I registered with the British Council and the test day procedures were really nervous and unsettling. Adding this to the fact that you receive the test along with other 120+ individuals all crammed in one hall, it doesnt feel the most optimum to ask for help if you face a difficulty in those circumstances.My experience at IDP Alexandria was much much better and way less nervous-wrecking. In the test room, we were only 3 individuals having the test and an invigilator. The procedures went smoothly and perfectly throughout.While a lot of valid arguments can be said regarding the grading and evaluation of the British Councils IELTS (and having the test twice there and not exceeding the 7.5 mark that is designated for most from our region, adds weight to this), not much of the same can be said about the IDP Alexandrias one as I feel fairly evaluated on all 4 tests. I managed to score 8.5 this time.

I did an a paper-based IELTS exam at IDP Alexandria center, and it was an amazingly pleasant experience because the test venue was really convenient. On top of this, all IDP Alexandrias invigilators and co-ordination staff were quite well-organized and cooperative as well. I recommend that you guys give it a shot.

Had a really great experience there taking my CD IELTS. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The place itself is well-prepared; comfy chairs and a few people in the room so it was nice, quiet and easy to concentrate. And most importantly, I got my results in 3 days only!

Hello, Im a candidate in 20th of Aprils exam and Im just writing to thank the IDP for the amazing experience they provide to the test takers in their exam centre. The test centres environment isnt stressful at all as it feels like an office you want to stay at, the computers and their peripherals are of high quality which made us able to type and listen flawlessly, the test invigilator (Mr Mohamed Abdellah) was very professional and reassuring when it comes to both his duties and manners, and finally the speaking examiner was very nice and welcoming that she made me confident enough to express myself as much as I can. All these aspects made the exam experience the best that it could possibly be, and for this I show my appreciation in writing this review.Thanks a lot, IDP!

After 6 IELTS test attempts in Cairo, I booked my 7th attempt in IDP Alexandria, and regretted not taking the test there from the beginning. The venue is accessible and the staff are cooperative and friendly. I want to thank all the IDP Alexandria staff, especially Mr. Mohamed and Ms. Mary for their support.I highly recommend IDP Alexandria as an IELTS test venue.

I took the computer based IELTS test. On the exam day there was a thorough explanation on how to use the interface. The staff was friendly and the overall environment was calm and reassuring. The only thing I disliked is that they were not there on time. The exam should have started at 9 a.m., and according to the exam rules we should have been there 20 minutes before the test. Until 8:55 no one was in the office.

Taking the IELTS test with IDP has been one of the easiest, smoothest experiences i have had. i have had constant contact with them and almost instant response to my every query. everyone i met was super nice and helpful and made me feel at ease. i am very satisfied with the whole journey

I took my computer-delivered IELTS exam at IDP Alex center and I would like to express my appreciation. The experience was enjoyable and easy from start to finish. Once you arrive to the center, you can wait for the test to start in the balcony which is overlooking the Medetranian sea. That was very relaxing. The staff was courteous as well as professional especially Mr Mohamed Abdellah, who calmed us down before the test. You can choose whether to take the test on a PC or laptop, which is one of the many advantages of IDP Alex center. I just wanted to thank you and I will recommend the center to all of my friends.

The IDP staff in Alexandria is very nice, friendly, and helpful, especially Mrs. Nevin and Miss Nardine whom I dealt with. I highly recommend IDP Education and IELTS Test center. They offer very good service and support. I was dealing with counseiller Ms. Arwa Mohamed and she was extremely helpful. Her great help was much appreciated in every step starting from IELTs support and being my agent in university application and Visa processing. I had a problem with the center that they quickly tried to help me out in the fastest and most professional way. I`m glad I did my test with them and the examiner for speaking was such a nice lady.Would recommend this place to anyone. Great place with great service. When I decided to apply to a PhD scholarship in QUT in Australia, the asked me to seek for a representative. It was something new for me, so I went to IDP to help me submitting my application, where I met Ms. Arwa. She is very helpful and my counselor for the application. I have got the best support from her until I got my scholarship offer and still in contact until I finish all the procedures to travel. The speaking test is held in a very quiet room with no distraction whatsoever. They choose a 5-star hotel venue for the rest of the exams in a large dedicated hall.Staff are friendly and helpful. They answer all enquiries and genuinely care about providing a comfortable experience.

Very pleasant experience. even though the results aren’t out yet ( won’t impact my feedback)I live in Canada and couldn’t find suitable dates, was able to find a date in IDP Alexandria during a quick vacation in Egypt only 48 hours prior to the exam which is miraculous.* Friendly & professional staff.* Well organized.* Great venue for the testing location.* promised to faciliatate the results hand over process considering that I will return to Canada prior to the results.

Pros:-Highly cooperative staff-Transparency & trust in their results.-Very flexible speaking exam timing.-Cheerful & delightful examiners.-Clear instructions.Cons:-Nothing significant apart from slightly difficult-to-manage stationery & some disorganisation in exam administration itself. However, they cannot adversely affect your score especially if you are well-prepared for the exam.Overall, they are very good and I recommend the IDP more than the British Council, where I had very negative and traumatic experience in dealing with their staff.
