Very very very bad experience related to the governmental PCR, the pre-traveling test..unprofessional staff besides disrespecting to our time as I waited more than 5 hours to collect my PCR test and I was about to miss my flight. They gave me a mobile number for a disrespectful person called Mohamed Salah, I couldn’t even reach to him by phone calls as he cancelled on me many times.

They were calm, as a place and as staff, and helpful. There was no sign, but its because its inside a clinic. Great service so far.

Very bad in communication and respecting time. Reserved home visit and after all they asking to book a visit again. So bad.

Unprofessional and extremely unhelpful employees starting from the customer service to the receptionist. I’m grappling to get my results now that they said will send via WhatsApp but chose not to answer (although they appear online)

Terrible service. I bled as soon as they had a covid swap test done at my house. The man arrived in a bloodied car and was upset because he was late.. their trading hours are also incorrect! I missed a flight and will now fly for my birthday. The next day (my birthday and missed last nights flight) the unprofessional staff sent me away and told me I had to go to the hospital an hour away and they couldnt help. Call my employer who says Im in the right place. To find my paper suddenly without any apology. Then as soon as I leave I double check the certificate and all my personal details are incorrect so I needed to come back to correct it. The lady there was very annoyed with me because her boss asked her to pay half of my new degree because she wasnt at work and cost me a night alone because she wasnt able to keep up with the trading hours. I also mentioned that I need to prove Im there and Ill look at the cameras that arent there. Do not use this lab. They are a disgrace.Horrible service.
