Good place (although not easy to find). Relatively clean. Good quality tasty food. Big portions. Even very big portions. You can completely share the meal for 2 persons. Friendly staff. Sometimes little delay happens but usually if you ask to prepare something which take time.

If youre looking for a really good pasta, thats not the right place: both times (for pasta and lasagna) Ive tried it, it was overcooked (not Al dente at all) and there were too much sauce. The portions are huge, on the other side, so at least you can fill yourself in a really affordable price.

The place is cozy and clean.Waiters are decent and helpful.Most importantly the food is very delicious and portions are sufficient.

Used to be good, last time I was there the place was empty and when I went inside I realized why... they had INSECTS everywhere (worms, flies, ants, etc.) and whats worse is that seemed to not even CARE to fix this issue!!Not recommended at least until they fix this problem

Looks quite good and decent. Located in a nice neighborhood and quality of the service is very good.Food is tasty and sandwich and pastas are must try. Prices are affordable when compared to other restaurants in the same location.The staff are very polite and helpful. Even the ambience is quite good. Desserts are also very tasty and there are lot of options for the same.If one expecting a nice lunch or dinner with family and friends at affordable prices, this place is for sure recommended.

Last visit I ordered a chicken salad as usual, it was perfect except for the cheese; felt like plastic. Normally cheese is soft and creamy as you shew it, but that time it was tasteless, breaks under your teeth, turns to small little cubes or pieces and gives you an artificial taste that you hate. I immediately asked the waiter to remove it from the dish. Not the first time to encounter an incident related to food. Because one time we ordered a chicken pane dish and the chicken was not cooked from inside; it had that reddish bale color of flesh in the core, yet fried and looks good from outside.I am not trying to exaggerate; I am just telling two bad experiences I have been through. Other than that the restaurant is really good and I enjoy most of the times that I go there.P.s I am a customer since 2008 or 2009 (cant really remember) in sheraton branch.

The burgers are delicious and definitely worth trying.and also had the mozzarella sticks were good also. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Nice place.Wide variety of food and different Italian based cuisine.The place is crowded most of the time. Parking there is quite hard as well.The portions are very big.Chicken alfredo pasta and chicken barbeque pizza are really tasty.

Food is Okay, prices are relatively cheap in comparison to others. Service is horrible! Waiters are almost uneducated and need to shower and shave. Utinsels and plates are not clean enough. Pizza had no taste , fried mozarella is delicious, burger is okay. In general, I wont give this place another thought !

The place is ok and clean but a little bit cosy when full of peopleQuality of food unfortunately has went down a little bit in the past few years though it was actually famous for the home like taste (clean and tasty) so when you receive the food you feel like the chef was in a rush not paying attention to the small details anymore

As all bistro branches go .. the high quality food and the clean restaurants with decent service .. they always smile and welcome you with warmth and hospitality .. restrooms are all clean as well. Pasta and pizza is amazing . All fettuccine and penne plates are amazingNegative sides were as usual about the steak and chicken plates .. steak ( or chicken ) was covered with very watery gravy like sauce .. not as sauce should be .. and this is a problem in all the branches .. plus the veil steak are only a small piece of plain meat and they depend on the gravy to give the aroma and taste ..

Bistro will always be the just good food to eat , they always have a good variety of food , most of the time its good quality and flavours.Also they have a whole vegan menu , with a huge variety , and the vegan pizza is good !Also extended tge seating area since i last visited .

They dont have a bathroom!!!!The pizza is okay. But the pasta is just a shadow of what it used to be in the past.Cleanliness and sevice is okay.Staff are friendly.Easy to reach and park your car.

Bistro is a great place for affordable and great portions meals, for sheraton branch they have extended the place so it become bigger and having a rest room, main dishes prices are from 70 to 90, i recommend pasta ( cheese madness, quatro fromage, and chicken alfredo) and for dishes ( cordon bleu, mexican chicken, and grilled chicken), also the pizza is great and the salad bar is good

I order white sauce spaghetti what was so liquid that I have not enjoyed it at all ..... sauce was easily separated from the pasta .... I would never order that again unless they gain my trust again .... I really used to love this restaurant alot

Nice place for Take Away or Delivery. Best prices for Italian food. The restaurant is too small and usually crowded. I tried the Futtitchini Chicken Pesto and it was nice but not quite up to my expectations tho.

The food was cold, oversalted and one of the dishes contained hair. Definitely overpriced for the amount and quality you get. The service was mediocre at best. I dont recommend eating here at all.
