The lobby looks sensational.Rooms are shabby(thou may slightly better than some other 5-star hotel in Egypt that we’ve been.) Took ages for our extra bed to be delivered and it was filthy!Insisting on the back-view hotel, as our first offer of the street view hotel was so noisy.I’d only give one star if it wasn’t for the sick of the trouble that one of the reception staff really tried to help us to get a quieter room.

Very pathetic hotel not to mean the structure itself is filthy but most of the people working in the hotel have ZERO respect for the customers. They locked my room everyday because they said I had to change the room cards everyday. Rooms are supposed to be non-smoking but I had to inhale tons of cigarette smoke which was coming from the toilet ventilations and when I reported the issue they simply told me to open the windows under the freezing night conditions of Cairo. Taha who is the reception manager I guess is not welcoming he will keep calling to just tell you to pay for the nights ahead even while I was in a sleep he also purposely refused for me masks when I requested and he told me they don’t have masks even thou there were masks. Omar who is the head of customer service I guess and Salma who works in the restaurant are the only wonderful people that I met in the hotel. Be warned guys use your money wisely and go to hotels that value you as customers and not this hotel.

This was our transit stay:Arrived at 13:28 - Reception: we couldn’t find your reservation, we will check with airportWaited till 14:00 - we can’t reach anyone in airport, will go on checkingTriple check 15:00 - we took the hotel voucher and asked reception to check the client name on it and they came back with reservation found. Asked us to have a seat and they will prepare to check us in.15:20 We decided to wait in line again and basically “forced” them to do the check in for us.15:40 We got the room keys. (When we talked to deputy manager later he claimed we got an upgrade of the room for the trouble but the room was still quite shabby)With this disappointing service and management, better stay away and chose other ones. We will never come back.

The employees in general are very professional and polite. Its near the airport just 8 minutes approx. its also near city center almaza mall, and not too far from festival city mall.It was clean according to Cairo’s standards! But its still needs some attention. The handle of the bathroom door is almost broken, every time we close the door we kick it multiple times to get it open. The drawers are also almost broken, we have to actually left it up to close it. There was coffee spots on the walls under the tv table near the trash can. And the over all cleanliness of the bathroom would need some attention.I would come back 👍🏻👍🏻.

Nice and beautiful hotel. But very less option for veg. Please bring your own snacks especially if you are an Indian. You wont like the taste

Good hotel, average and less even in terms of food, good cleanliness, I rated it as 5 because of katreen and niveen, they did their best to let me enjoy my meeting and I don’t know how Radisson has someone like shaza as a manager, she has very bad attitude, she is acting like a she is the owner of the place, and her way of talking is very bad with unbelievable face expression….. they need to judge her again as a manager, she is a real nightmare……. Not only me was complaining, all my colleagues had the same impression…..

Nevien from the front desk is amazing. Rooms are clean and well heated (as opposed to Steigenberger El Tahrir for example). Hotel is clean and well organized, rooms are big and have no honking noise.

First time in Radisson in my life, not bad experience, i liked the roomkeeper dina and her manager mohamed ramadaan, reception was very slow for checking in and out take ages, wrong reservation, a man from the guest relation was helpful and friendly he spoke even my language was so surprised, food in the lunch is nice, dinner not really. Location is good for the travelers.

The rooms are spacious but not very clean , can see dirt and mud on the floor and carpets, bathroom s faucets are leaky and not working and the tiles are stained or unclean ..gives a very unkempt impression about the rooms , the food is good but the buffet does not incude any beverages at all ,even juice is charged and the juice is not even fresh .Visitors are looked upon with suspect, the staff though are mostly well mannered, and looks like security is a tad too much for a hotel . woukd have given only one star being generous bu giving two .

Mohamed mustafa and his supervisor Mohamed Ramadan are amazing in room 522, Omar from the relations is friendly and decent. Very nice atmosphere with them and excellent care!

Front liners can be better.Air condition was very noisy on my room.Not the best experience although it’s location is extremely nice in relation to the airport.

The closest hotel to the airport very nice lobby and the attitude of the staff, Amal and Omar were professional on the desk, reception was friendly as well, the food is very good no complaints.

This is really the worst stay. They put us in a room 125 that’s near buffalo restaurant. They have the loudest music. I have 2 kids who can’t sleep. We call the reception MULTIPLE TIMES and they never pick up. It’s really the worst hotel.

Well am giving another comment here just after the last one, coz after seeing my comment, hotel staff did take corrective actions as much as possible to make me feel better. Feeling i should at least appreciate their efforts and attitude in changing things, at least they do value customer feedback. Hope they will carry on to make everyone stay here feel at home:)

Convenient location and close to the airport. The hotel is decent and the staff is highly engaged and very helpful. My check in was simple, easy and seamless thanks to the front office member ( Moustafa) who did a great job, answered all my questions and was very personable.

Nice atmosphere, the rooms condition is amazing, room service was fast, housekeeper Abdul muddi is such a sweet person. I want to send a special thanks to omar who was active and helpful, sara is such a great manager at the hotel, she has a big acknowledge how to handle the whole guests at the hotel. See you in March again guys!

While it has nice rooms, good hospitality, yet, the stay was not pleasant,It was very noisy after midnight, very loud music and songs till around 2 am,below standards restaurant service, slow service, poor varieties, some unclean table ware and some unwell cooked food,Draining issues in bath room,Unclean mini bar.Air conditioning maintenance issues, some modes were not working.And generally, the whole Shiraton Heliopolis area has a real problem with the phone network coverage.Which made my whole staying experience not good.

Near to all accommodations. But very noisy. Too many security agents to the point that you feel that there is a threat (dude, hotels are using security cameras! You are disturbing guests with all these security agent eyes watching around) . Cooling system not efficient and very noisy. WIFI very slow

First visit to Cairo and was on a business trip. Everything was good except this hotel. Was warned by colleagues who had visited earlier but booked due to the price. Checked in late midnight and found the wardrobe doors broken and just don’t move. There was a light stink everywhere. Then found the bathroom doors where broken too and don’t close even half way. Wiped out one tissue box of dust from the study table. In the morning found out that Wi-Fi disconnected as they changed password Had to call more than twice to get few hangers to hang the clothes. Everyday morning you need to go to the reception to get the new password. To complain, you will get a new person each time.Will never comeback here and Wont recommend for anyone. Only positive service was to get my PCR report printed at the reception.

I together with my boyfriend and his mother recently stayed at the Radisson Blu hotel Heliopolis. All in all we had a very bad experience. My boyfriend and his mother’s flight arrived earlier than mine and we were informed when making the booking for the hotel that they could check in at 2pm. Once arriving they were told they had to sit and wait because check in would only be at 3pm. They eventually asked about their rooms and after much persistence were shown to their rooms. We had booked 1 King and 1 single bed room and were given 2 single bed rooms. This was eventually corrected. The rooms were in despicable condition for a 4 star hotel with outdated amenities, in a need of basic maintenance and stains on the carpets and furniture. I arrived later that night by Uber because the hotel charged minimum 10USD per person each way for hotel transfer despite the hotel being 8 minutes from the airport. Ubers for that same distance cost 70 Egyptian pounds. The first night we spent there I thought the bedding smelt like smoke but couldn’t believe they would possibly put bedding like that on so I ignored it. After the 2nd night, thankfully our last, my night dress smelt heavily of smoke. This was beyond disgusting. By the time we arrived at our next resort all of my clothing smelt like smoke. Further to this on our last morning at the Radisson I noted spots on my thighs. During the day the spots got worse and itchy. My boyfriend got the same thing on his feet. We can only imagine this was bed bugs.Above all of this we also struggled to communicate with most of the staff as very few members understood English or were simply not interested in assisting us.

Second Time visited in last 4 months, interior of hotel is lovely, if you sweet lover then u have good variety for it but main course is so so plus if you are vegetarian then u dont have choice except rice and boiled veg. Regarding room service and reception service is so poor no proper hospitality... Room condition are pathetic as some time dryer not working, washbasin drain is plugged and water overflowing, electric sockets are broken, room lightning are poor, Iron not available, wifi is like 2G which comes and goes. Airport dropping facility so pathetic, common bus for 30international passenger like sheep and Goat are filled. Luggage and human all together pushed inside seating area.Wont recommend for anyone.

The place was great .. acceptable room but not what I expected .. had an issue with the lights so they fixed it for me n another with the bathroom door but they respond fast n polite tbh .. I didnt like that they hadnt checked the rooms b4 I checkin in tho .. but the staff is so friendly n welcoming n food was good but they need to do better cleaningStill appreciate the staff n even tho I had issues with the room but they tried as much as they could to help*They need to upgrade their room keys

This is my 1st ever review on Google maps, because how bad this hotel is. Do not expect ANY service. NONE, theres NO service. The staff will say yes, and ignore anything you say.The Wifi is horrible, I tried to do a speedtest, the speedtest website wouldnt even load.The staff does NOT speak English. Only advantage it has is proximity to the Airport.

I went for a spa and it was good nothing special or out of the ordinary. Id come back again. The spa has juccuzi, showers, and sauna which are part of the price you will pay for the massage.

I highly recommend Radisson blue for any company hosting international guests. They have such a great hospitality and their staff facilitated everything for our guests especially ahmad mandour. Ill definitely always book there for all our guests.

Ive been to cairo serval times, this hotel honestly doesnt deserve the 5 stars at all, and shouldnt be Radisson blu, some of the staff are friendly, but they are slow, rooms are not clean, facilities are not well served and specially during COVID-19 this is not the best location

It was a great experience, the duty Manager Ms. Ghada was so helpful and lovely. Guys from the reception too Ahmed Ashraf, Mostafa Medhat and Moamen my only concern is that the pool water was really really cold and when we asked the guy there if he can open the heater to make the water warmer he answered that it is not cold and he himself is swimming and he doesnt feel that, for me it was the weirdest reply for a request. I recommend this hotel.

We made a reservation for a room for a certain price, and with checking in the price all of the sudden was much higher. We confronted them with it, they said our booking price was a “mistake” and would not let us go before paying their full price. Unfortunately it was under my expectation for radisson blu hotels the room was of despite of the refrigerator was not working and informed the costumer service twice but no response attitude of the waiters and staff indicated that they didnt get enough training comparing with other hotels less stars than this i dont recommend radison blu at all....

The Cask Egypt is one of the most amazing spots in Cairo when it comes to location, F & B, Service and management.Karaoke nights on Sundays are awesome and It’s packed with nice crowd on weekends.

We booked this hotel while visiting Cairo....The room rate was encouraging...our original booking was for a standard double room.The first issue was that they offered a 2 bed room...which I strongly declined as I clearly indicated the need for a single queen or double bed. The freely upgraded us to a junior suite, which was obviously nice from the receptionist guy.We spent one night in that suite...it was awful. We complained in the morning and they upgraded us again to a full suite...that was extra nice from them too...As you can see from this story...Customer service staff are just GREAT. The hotel itself was not clean, rusty and totally outdated.Food is a joke...not recommended to eat in the hotel at all...be prepared to order online.

I would say this is a good 4 stars hotels not 5 .The location was great cause it was close to the airport via uber or taxi. It is surrounded by small supermarkets if someone feel like buying fruits or vegetables, also they have mens hair salons 100 meters away.The morning Staff( Ladies)were more professional and attentive than night staff.Rooms were okay the only downside there was no noise canceling between rooms especially if your next room neighbor had tv on loud or talking at night. So ask for quite room if possible ( no neighboring room next to you). Hint 7th floor are newer . Also they failed to fix the banio so I couldnt fill it up with water.For the price and location they get 3 stars.

The hotel is okay, the noise canceling is non existent and u can hear EVERYTHING that the surrounding rooms are doing. The staff could work a little bit more on their level of professionalism and customer service. The staff need to learn to give way to guests and greet them instead of giving them the stink eye!But the guest relations manager is great, shes very respectful and i would be back just because of the level of respect and professionalism i got from her.

Check in experience was not good at all. As receptionist Mr Mustafa refused my payment in USD previous printing and ask me to pay inky with the new USD only. Which was not nice at all.

Radisson blue Hotel is about 15 min or so from the airport.Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Staff were pleasant, welcoming and helpful. Food was very tasty and delicious.I had two small beds in my room, Ill rather have one big one.The table light didnt work, probably just an oversight and no big deal at all.Overall pleasant stay and would recommend 8/10Edit - So its night and Ive noticed the room is designed with dim lights to give some kind of feelings I guess. I wish it was up to the guests to switch off lights they didnt want.

Im going to update this Review after the end of my stay at the hotelThe location is very good.Unfortunately I waited more than half an hour in the reception before starting Check-in, Even though I arrived to the hotel at 7:00 p.m.In general the hotel is beautiful, but I havent explored the hotel yet.Update.I tried breakfast.A truly great experience and a great variety of food and staff was very helpful.To be honest, i will visit them again very soon, and i will write full report with picture on booking and trip advisor and other social media.

The “all inclusive” buffet lunch doesn’t include juice or soda and you are even charged for water. Room reservations on booking.com mentions checkout from 12 pm to 1230 pm, but they insist on you checking out at 12 pm. Staff will not accommodate late checkout even in emergency situations. Great room rates but zero flexibility in regards to checkout times.

Had a pleasant 14 days stay at Radisson Blue helipolis , Cairo. The hotel staff was very helpful, polite and ready to assist in anyway. Especially my room attendant Mr Hamzah was very helpful and attended to me anytime I called him. There is a very good gym completele with all equipment. Another thing I liked is the availability of a ATM and banking services inside the hotel. All other amenities like restautant, 24 hrs bar, pool, souvenir shops and tour guide services are available. Will definitely stay again whenever visiting Cairo.

Worst experience I ever had. Front desk lady was very rude during checkout process when I gave feedback. Hotel travel partners are not competitive on price, they just rip you off, they are not helpful on planning your day trips, they charge ridiculous amount for any of your trip, they dont speak English and they take you the shops and places (sometime scary places and local people to deal) where they quote ridiculous price and they leave you alone and walkout without any information and help(look like they get commission to take tourist to those places). I would not recommend the hotel travel partner they have in hotel as they just rip you off.

Good Place to live. Spacious and Clean room, Co-operative staff. The facility includes daily room clean, Breakfast included, free wifi, fitness center etc. Staff is good co-operative, Food is also good. Gym is well equipped with most of the equipment. Wifi internet is very slow just consider as it is not, you need do your own arrangements for internet if it is affecting your work.Very close fr the airport and overall a good experience.

Food quality is good but the serving time takes 2-3 hours. Toilet & bathtub was untidy, and the shower faucet handle is broken. Had to ask 4 times for coffee and bottled water.
