I’m a big fan of Dokan furnitures boutique ,it is a sub brand of Image which is a big brand name in Egypt. It offers creative designs very colorful pieces and hight wood-quality inspired by vintage products and all are made in Egypt , the display allows you to see what products will look like at your home

This furniture mall looks gorgeous, but looks are deceiving. We bought a bed from Image which looked beautiful, from the leather and wood, down to the fine details.But when we received the bed after three months (they make their furniture in a factory outside Cairo) we were devastated with the finishing.The bedside tables leaned sideways. The stitching on the leather frame is not straight. The padded corners are not level. We were not in the country when the bed was delivered so when we contacted customer service we were shocked at how rude, impatient and unsympathetic some of the employees were to us on the phone. Many of the employees would say theyd get back to us and never did.After several months of persistence we finally got Image to pay us a visit and fix the leaning bedside tables. Obviously there was nothing they could do about the finishing on the leather bed.The staff in the mall are helpful and polite, its the after sales service and the quality of their finishing that I would think twice about before buying any furniture they make themselves.
