It is not the first time to visit this branch...But this time got me a bad experience, It is a burger restaurant but actually the worst thing was the burger in the meal....It was not juicy delicious but was very well done piece of burger hidden under the ton of sauce and topping....The cost for the meal is very expensive...Even the branch dont have a bathroom and keeps hanging a hand sanitizer on the wall.Wont visit again.The new visit added a different experience.. The food become better than the last one.But the staff who are preparing the food only wear the cheap permeable..

Service is excellent n the staff are very professional n polite. Food quantity is great for the money but quality could be better but its ok. Their menu lacks the offers although they always have offers, so you should ask for it yourself. Chicken sandwiches are very underestimated there despite it tastes really good

Worst delivery experience I ever had. The order arrived after 2 hours and arrived cold. I refused to receive the order. The delivery guy was rude too. I called customer service who insisted to send a new order. The new order arrived in 20 minutes, and warm, but with full price. ABC customer service, you need to compensate an angry customer, maybe offer the order for free or send anything as a compliment. I called the customer service again to complain, but no action from their side.

One of the best burger shops in Cairo very good meet and different sizes too.Best of all it has keto meals.I love it.

Very tasty food with high quality ingredients

There is nothing special about this restaurant. The place is not cosy, the food is not delicious or have a favorite twist. Only you get lots and lots of low grade unhealthy untasteful cheese.i wonder if those large quantities of cheese are manufactured in a decent way.The waiting time is too long (longer than 30 Minutes at best), the bacon additive in the sandwiches came raw and one piece do The you can imagine what could happen in eating that in a small place that doesnt have a bathroom ,a basin to wash your hand or even give you wipes. Finally the prices are high. You can have a decent meal in another place, get a better seating, and obtain better value for your money.

The place is nice and clean.Its not cheap but good quality.The staff is really nice but sometimes they dont put all the stuff as gloves or katchep.Cheddar cheese is really great.Overall the taste and full experience is good but really over priced.

Food is consistent as good as it was in other branches, the place is nice and cozy, BUT the ventilation and the noise, I know its the guests, but the acoustics of the place, not very well designed. The open kitchen is a very good idea but a very big responsibility. The hood must work a bit better.In general it was an OK fast food grab a bite. No serious issues.

I like their old school burger,but this time I was in a hurry and discovered late that the old school as missing lettuce,tomato,onions and pickles..Anyway it was delicious..
